Echo is a mobile library, educational hub and pop-up community space for refugees, displaced and vulnerable people in Athens and the surrounding area. Our aim is not only to provide books in mother tongue languages to those most isolated but to act as a source of information, a facilitator of language and music classes, and a space for conversation, play and support. We operate in refugee camps and community spaces in Athens and the surrounding Attica area, loaning books in Arabic, Farsi, Urdu, Kurmanji, English, Greek, German, French and Turkish, as well as providing language learning resources and attempting to respond to the specific needs of each space we visit. Our goal is to allow displaced and vulnerable groups to access the resources that many of us take for granted. To allow each person to gain some autonomy back through personal reading and learning decisions. We hope to support people on their own journey, to enable individuals to make their own decisions. We support self study through helping students access online university courses, providing Greek lessons and language learning materials, and suggesting learning apps and classes around Athens. Our ethos is that time is valuable and that each person who is stuck waiting, in a refugee camp, on the street, in a squat, should not allow their time to be devalued. We welcome men, women, children, old and young, and hope to support each person in every way we can, to show respect and solidarity while encouraging personal growth through education.

The Constantine African Foundation (CAF) is a values-driven operational NGO legally registered in Greece in 2025, with active field operations in Ghana and Ivory Coast. Our mission is to advance healthcare, education, and community development in underserved African communities through compassion, transparency, and hands-on service. We believe that true development begins with dignity and opportunity ,not dependency. As an operational organization, CAF designs, implements, and monitors its own programs directly on the ground through local staff, volunteers, and community partners. Our work focuses on three main pillars: 1. Healthcare and Well-being - We implement mobile medical outreach missions, establish rural church clinics, and deliver essential medical supplies to communities that lack access to healthcare. 2. Education and Youth Empowerment - We operate vocational training programs in candle-making, vestment tailoring, incense manufacturing, and Byzantine art, giving youth and women practical skills for income and self-reliance. 3. Cultural and Ethical Development - We collaborate with the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of Accra to restore historic missionary churches, train clergy, and preserve Orthodox cultural heritage as a source of unity, peace, and spiritual growth. CAF's unique strength lies in its ability to connect faith-based values with measurable social impact. We do not act as a funding intermediary ,we work directly with communities, ensuring that every project is implemented with accountability and transparency. Our vision is to create a network of self-sustaining Orthodox communities across Africa ,educated, healthy, and inspired ,where every person can live with dignity, knowledge, and hope. Global Changemakers works to an unshakable mission of supporting young people to create a positive change towards a more just, fair and sustainable world. We do this through skills development, capacity building, mentoring and grants.

At ReFOCUS Media Labs, our mission is to empower asylum seekers and refugees by equipping them with modern media skills to overcome the challenges they face, such as limited access to education, language barriers, financial constraints, mental health support, skills training and job placement. Through our three Media Labs (Lesvos, Athens, Krakow and Berlin), workshops and original content productions on location we provide comprehensive education in photography, filmmaking, audio engineering, and graphic design. Moreover, we actively collaborate with our students in the production of impactful dramatic films and documentaries. Our media labs provide critical support for community members who normally struggle to integrate into their new host countries and find their way into competitive industries. Through working on our own professional media projects including feature films and our original podcast "Fractured", community members gain valuable real-world experience working on collaborative teams, develop their own professional portfolios, and earn living wages to ensure financial security in the process.
