The Vietnamese American Professional Women Association of Silicon Valley (VAPWASV) strives to outreach, educate, prepare and engage Vietnamese American professional women in areas of leadership and development, to provide a network of support and promote the professional growth of its members, to mentor and encourage youths in the community to enter professional careers, and to encourage community responsibility and participation.

The American Schools of Oriental Research in Canada (CASOR) includes all individual members of the American Schools of Oriental Research (ASOR) who live in Canada. It was incorporated federally on October 3, 1990 as a non-share capital corporation and registered as a charity by Canada Customs and Revenue Agency (Income Tax registration number BN 891631269RR0001).

The mission of the African American Civil War Museum is to correct a great wrong in history that largely ignored the enormous contributions of the 209,145 members of the United States Colored Troops. It tells the stories and preserves for posterity the historic roles these brave men of African, European, and Hispanic descent played in ending slavery and keeping America united under one flag. The Museum uses a rich collection of artifacts, documents, primary sources and technology to create a meaningful learning experience for families, students, Civil War enthusiasts and historians about the period from the American Civil War to Civil Rights and beyond.

Carnaval Latino is presented by Hispanic American musicians and artists cultural association, a 501(c)(3) foundation that is dedicated to promoting and fostering the art and culture of the Latino community. As New Orleans moves into the 21st century, it is important to recognize the many contributions that the Latin community has made towards our beautiful city.

THE JAMAICAN AMERICAN LAW ENFORCEMENT WAS FORMED FOR CHARITABLE, RELIGIOUS, EDUCATIONAL, AND SCIENTIFIC PURPOSES, PRIMARILY TO PROMOTE AND DEVELOP A FRIENDLY AND FRATERNAL SPIRIT AMONG ALL MEMBERS OF JAMAICAN DESCENT IN THE POLICE FORCE OF NEW YORK, CREATE A MORE HARMONIOUS RELATIONSHIP WITHIN THE POLICE DEPARTMENT AND THROUGHOUT NEW YORK, AND TO ADDRESS AND VOICE THE CONCERNS OF JAMAICAN OFFICERS.

The mission of the Spafford Children's Center (SCC) is to bring healing, hope, and prosperity to Palestinian children and their families in Jerusalem and the West Bank by offering programs and services that increase health in mind, body, and spirit. The mission of the American Friends of the Spafford Children's Center Fund (AFSCCF) is to support the SCC by raising funds in the United States. AFSCCF activities are implemented by a volunteer board of directors. AFSCCF pays no staff salaries and no overhead so that all funds, minus direct expenses like printing and postage, can be sent to SCC.

The name Azubuike, when translated, means, “The past is our strength.” The history of our organization predates the official incorporation in October of 2014. Ours is a collective story, we the founders have gathered all our years of experience as community members, activists, artist, educators, writers, mentors, and our passion for helping youth & community, into one entity of service, the Azubuike African American Council for The Arts! Azubuike’s Mission is to reconcile the racial divides that exist in our community by giving at-risk youth a voice to express themselves, be heard without bias, and spark a much larger conversation about race relations in the Quad Cities through the Arts. Our Vision is to use the Arts to help us understand our past, show us how to shape our future, while telling a compelling story about why our lives matter.

There are two prongs to the CAMMO mission: 1.) To create music-based therapeutic programming and outlets for service members, veterans and family members, and 2.) To train and educate service members, veterans, and their families in music career opportunities, including artist development.
