To provide a fellowship hall for members and guests and rental facility for associated groups and a location to hold religious and cultural meetings and gatherings.

The foundation helps retired U.S. Foreign Service personnel (and their spouses, including surviving/divorced spouses) by providing financial and informational support — on a needs basis — to defray costs such as home health care, senior housing, long‑term care, and related senior services so retirees can remain healthy and secure in later life.
