CARING PARTNERS GLOBAL (CPG), established in 2001, is an interdenominational charitable organization that seeks to empower and engage underprivileged communities through promoting health and hope, leading to sustainable development. CPG's four areas of focus include health care, education, life skills and agriculture with the goal of changing lives, one community at a time. CPG partners with the Matangwe Community Health and Development Programme (MCHDP) to provide services in the four areas of focus to Matangwe and the 17 surrounding villages in the Bondo district of rural Western Kenya.

The mission of Wylde Center is to educate, cultivate greenspaces, and build community in the areas we serve. Wylde Center accomplishes this through educational programs, events and greenspaces that actively engage youth, families and individuals in their environment, health and community, and that develop skills in environmental science, sustainable urban living, organic gardening, health, and nutrition.

Founded in March 2009, the Société pour les arts en milieux de santé (SAMS) provides patients isolated from our arts community the experience of enjoying performance arts in their own health care setting. These patients, their families and health care professionals alike have been stimulated by these live performances.

Speroway is an international non-profit relief and development organization, focusing on providing health, education and food security to vulnerable communities.

Inner Winnipeg faces a number of challenges. Not every family or community has access to the same economic opportunities and social supports, or even to the basics that children need to succeed. Impoverished living conditions can result in a number of other challenges like neighbourhood violence, emotional trauma, homelessness, and hunger. Children living in these environments are coping with high stress levels that can impact learning and affect how well they perform in school. Access to education is a serious issue because it affects the quality of life and prospects of children, families, and neighbourhoods. It is a root cause of many other issues including joblessness, crime and violence, poor physical and mental health, and neighbourhood decline. The Westland Foundation believes that post secondary education is critical to the future of the students we support and to the betterment of our society.

Art with a Heart Inc. is dedicated to using the arts to assist and empower people in various situations of need through multidisciplinary projects and programs. We strive to recognize the uniqueness of the individual while building relationship, creativity, confidence, and self worth in an inclusive environment. Through various programs we encourage team building and develop synergy allowing participants to explore and express their creative spirit. We aspire to challenge, encourage and equip these individuals to join in and build community. Art With A Heart Inc. desires to form relationships within existing support networks through places like mental health centres, substance abuse centres, seniors homes etc., adding on to the existing social services presently provided with a new vehicle of expression, and life skill enhancement.

ACM Lifting Lives is the philanthropic arm of the Academy of Country Music that uses the power of music to improve health and wellbeing — funding music-therapy and music-health programs, running emergency relief for music-industry colleagues (the Diane Holcomb Emergency Relief Fund), and supporting programs such as the Lifting Lives Music Camp for people with developmental disabilities.

Gay City promotes wellness in LGBTQ communities by providing health services, connecting people to resources, fostering arts and building community.

PfID is the charity that manages the health and education projects initiated by its sister non-profit corporation, Students for International Development (SID).
