The Chicago Police Memorial Foundation is a not-for-profit 501(c)3 organization dedicated to honoring the lives of our fallen Chicago Police heroes. The Foundation provides support and financial assistance to the families of Chicago Police Officers who were killed or catastrophically injured in the line of duty. We have already completed (and now maintain) the nation's finest police memorial in Gold Star Families Memorial and Park located on our lakefront. Now the Mission Beyond the Memorial continues the tradition of loyalty and generosity of the Chicago Police Department and focuses on the needs of the men and women of this great department, and their families.

Hearts for Change works to improve the quality of life to children living in a children's home in rural Kenya by partnering with the home and assisting in providing the necessities of life for the children. We also focus on creating a loving and nourishing environment in which the children can live and grow to be successful members of society.

Path Home's mission is to empower homeless families with children to get back into housing and to stay there long-term.

The Centre is a local historical site that comprised of 2 train stations-The Great Western Railway Station & the Tillsonburg Lake Erie & Pacific Station. It is home to 2 art galleries, arts programming for adults, youth & children, a variety of in house groups with a wide range of interests/medium, an artisan gift shop, pottery studio and local farmer's market. It is home of the Down Home Country Christmas Festival. The Station is proud to offer its resources to support its community & other initiatives/organizations in the Town of Tillsonburg & region.

As a sacred place, Blue Deer offers a spiritual home for shared experiences of transformation and healing, in relationship with the Divine natural world.

Lineage is your home for connecting through the arts; a place where you're invited to find your creative voice through dance, music, theater, and other performing arts. We produce our own performances, we serve as a home for visiting artists to produce their own work, and we create opportunities to grow and advance through education.

Firehouse Theatre is an artistic home, a thriving hub of creative activity, and a center for community engagement where new work is created and performed.

Our Polish Home is home to many Polish organizations and others. Presently we boast over 1,000 individual members and serve to unite the Polish-American community with the more recent Polish immigrants to promote our shared Polish heritage with the greater community. We strive to uphold and promote the culture of our ancestors not only to our future generations, but to American society as a whole.

Rosie the Riveter Trust seeks to inspire current and future generations with the "We Can Do It" spirit and values that energized the World War II Home Front and transformed American government, industry, society, and culture. Located in Richmond California, Rosie the Riveter Trust is the nonprofit partner building a community of support for the Rosie the Riveter/WWII Home Front National Historical Park.
