L.I.F.E. For Health seeks out small-scale, high-impact projects that deal with the underlying causes of poverty and poor health, assisting individuals and communities achieve sustainable, long-term improvements. We currently have active projects in the Philippines and Rwanda. L.I.F.E. For Health is run by a volunteer Board of Directors and is staffed by volunteer members. All of our profits go to our projects.

Hip Hop Public Health creates research-based educational resources by harnessing the power of music and culture to improve health in communities that are underserved. Our vision is to achieve universal health literacy and health equity.

We provide community sexual health care clinics and comprehensive sexual health education programs in Greater Victoria, BC. Your donation enables us to: -provide clinical care to more than 23,000 clients yearly -educate more than 11,000 youth, educators, health care, and service providers yearly -distribute more than 500,000 safer sex resources such as condoms, gloves, and dams yearly

Restore the health and well-being in the Native community by recovering knowledge of and access to Indigenous foods, medicines and lifeways.

Agape Unlimited Health Services will establish in Russia a high-quality Christian healthcare network that provides compassionate and quality medical care and supports health and humanitarian outreach opportunities. Agape will partner with local organizations to provide both physical and spiritual help and provide opportunities to positively impact the training and discipleship of local healthcare providers. Ultimately, Agape will strive to teach others by example to share the Love of God in word and deed.

An information and referral agency for people of all ages, although our main clientele tend to be between 14 and 30. We believe all people have a right to Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH) education and discussion of sexuality and family life, and that providing access to family planning services is an aid to responsible parenthood. We provide: * Information for Parents on How to Talk to Children/Teens * Pregnancy Testing - immediate results * Pregnancy Options Counselling * Private/Confidential Information * Community and School Presentations * SRH Training for Your Staff * Library of Educational Books, Videos, DVD's * Newsletters with Up-to-Date SRH Information. * Safer Sex Supplies - free and at reasonable prices We are youth-positive, sex-positive, GLBT-friendly, pro-choice, non-judgmental and respectful of client confidentiality. Our mission is to enhance doctor/patient communication, specifically in end-of-life conversations; strengthen patient-centered healthcare; and to reduce health and healthcare disparities with a focus on chronically and terminally ill homeless individuals. In 2015, HCRI, Inc. began a new journey – to create a hospice house for the terminally ill homeless in Sacramento, CA – Joshua’s House – in memory of a young man, Joshua Lee (1980-2014), who had a vision of preventing those homeless men and women who were seriously and terminally ill from dying alone, scared and in pain on the streets or along the rivers of our community. We are using a community-based approach with an Advisory Board comprised of representatives from local hospitals; hospice programs; California State University, Sacramento; University of California, Davis, School of Medicine and School of Nursing; organizations that focus on housing for the homeless; medical clinics; as well as the homeless community.
