Here at Ambassador Arts Academy, we are driven by a single goal; to do our part in making the world a better place for all. Our decision making process is informed by comprehensive empirical studies and high quality data evaluation. We strive to build productive relationships and make a positive impact in our communities through arts education. We are a 501c3 fiscally sponsored by Social Good Fund that provides classes and workshops in arts, entertainment, and technology. Our efforts are to instill hope & learning to youth and young adults in underserved communities.
Our mission: We are active citizens of Ukraine that promote socially responsible society, realizing charitable and social projects. The main goal of the Foundation is selfless charity work in the public interest or certain categories of citizens, which is aimed at providing moral, material and financial assistance to the beneficiaries according to defined areas of activity.
The Boys & Girls Clubs of Toronto currently serve over 13,600 member children and youth, across 34 communities. We offer diverse community skill based programs that include physical recreation, homework help, computer literacy, life-skills counselling, youth leadership, creative arts, meal provision, nutrition, drug and alcohol prevention, employment readiness, child care, family resource programs, early years centres and more to over 5,700 children and youth every day in 37 safe environments across Toronto."
For over 90 years the Kingston Rotary club has been active in our community developing initiatives that enhance the quality of life for families, with a special emphasis on children. Major supported activities include RKY Summer Camp, the Boys and Girls Club, Easter Seals, early childhood literacy and youth leadership. The Kingston club sponsors the Queen's University Rotaract Club and two Interact clubs for High School students in the local community.
Established in 2010 by Boston firefighters, local Veterans, Gold Star Families, and Police Officers. We ourselves are Combat Veterans who have served in Iraq and Afghanistan and we are committed to memorializing our fellow service members who did not return home to their families. Our work began with a goal to construct a public memorial to honor all Massachusetts Fallen Heroes since September 11, 2001. Since the completion of the memorial, Massachusetts Fallen Heroes has expanded its mission to provide services and programs that Honor the Fallen, Support Gold Star Families and Empower Veterans. Massachusetts Fallen Heroes remains committed to supporting Veterans and Gold Star Families while raising awareness of their sacrifice.
