Lincoln Hills Cares creates unforgettable Colorado experiences for youth by forming a connection to cultural history, science, technology, art and environmental conservation. Our programs impart knowledge, encourage thinking and empower youth who may not otherwise have the opportunity, due to economic, social or family circumstances.

The Skagit Community Foundation mission is to connect people who care with causes that matter. To achieve their mission they: Provide services to donors to help them meet their charitable objectives Build and manage permanent endowments for the community Support the nonprofit sector through grants and trainings Contribute leadership and civic engagement

Rock To Recovery uses group songwriting, playing, and recording to help people heal from addiction, mental health challenges, eating disorders, and trauma. The program connects participants with professional-musician facilitators (many in recovery themselves) to build community, self-expression, and coping skills through music.

To sponsor and produce innovative theater, digital video and films, youth development programs and other live or online events that address health, political and socio-economic issues affecting historically under-served individuals, at risk populations, cultures, minorities, youth and communities. Through performance, community outreach, artistic and cultural programming, we build and strengthen communities, develop future leaders, promote human development and create opportunities for youth and adult artists of all disciplines .

Ireland Park is the principle memorial to the Irish famine experience in Toronto. During the summer of 1847, 38,000 Irish famine immigrants arrived in Toronto when the city's population was only 20,000. The Park will speak to the success of the Irish community in overcoming great adversity and acknowledges their significant contribution to the growth and development of Canada. It will stand as a beacon of hope to immigrants everywhere and will permanently change the perception and awareness of the Irish community in Canada as well as forging lasting relationships between both countries.

Panorama Sostenible Foundation's mission is to overcome the conditions of indignity prevailing in this community with dire social situation, due to lack of opportunities and displacement in order to transform the children and their community into a sustainable and inclusive society; We focus on its vulnerable populations through comprehensive training educational programs that help improve children's lives as well as the community's standard of living and creates conditions for a dignified life, reduce the effects of social corruption while always keeping in mind the preservation of the environment.

We work with a broad range of stakeholders to improve cooperation for more effective water protection - including monitoring, data sharing, outreach, education, and research. We are in the process of re-designing Water Connections, an online portal to connect Canada's water community, in order to better serve its users. www.waterconnect.ca will allow everyone to share data, experiences, best practices, templates, news, and events about their own water activities, and will generate engagement within communities for water protection. Other important initiatives include educating shoreline owners and recreational water users how to best conserve the health of lakes and rivers. Our location is also home to an impressive demonstration site for a zero discharge wastewater garden!

The mission of the Elements of Education Partners is to support community schools by connecting South Sound Educators and administrators with local decision-makers dedicated to the advocacy, promotion and guidance of South Sound interdisciplinary education programs. Our goal is to change the way that education is delivered and to increase student learning in Tacoma Public Schools.

Actors’ Warehouse entertains, inspires, educates and fosters critical thinking through performing arts. We believe sharing stories of the human experience has the power to expand our individual compassion and our capacity to connect as a community, ultimately forwarding social justice and public health, inclusive of mind and body.

Public Broadcasting Atlanta broadcasts on radio and TV, provides online content, and conducts events that enhance life for the Atlanta community By educating and entertaining our audience, PBA broadens perspective, empowers the public, creates joy, and expands knowledge. Through these endeavors, PBA connects Atlantans to each other and the world.

Dance Brigade's mission is to engage diverse Bay Area communities and artists in the exploration of contemporary social issues by creating, producing, presenting and teaching feminist and multicultural dance/theater. We envision communities and individuals connected and inspired by dance and engaged in collective action toward creating a more peaceful world.

Crosshatch Center for Art & Ecology builds strong communities through the intersections of art, farming, ecology and economy. Crosshatch envisions communities that are grounded in place: where people connect through stories, music, art, shared work, and food, and where the economy and culture are rooted in restoration of the earth and its people.
