PFPB is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization whose mission is to educate people about the history, temperament, and plight of the pit bull-type dog; raising awareness to rally against Breed Specific Legislation (BSL) and Breed Discriminatory Laws (BDL). PFPB’s goal is to restore the image of the pit bull-type dog to its former reputation of America’s companion animal, war hero, and family member.

Sing for Hope harnesses the power of the arts to create a better world. Through dynamic education, healthcare, and global initiatives, Sing for Hope activates creativity in schools, hospitals, refugee camps, and transit hubs for millions of people worldwide. Founded in New York City in 2006, Sing for Hope partners with hundreds of community-based organizations, mobilizes thousands of artists in creative service, and produces and programs hundreds of artist-created Sing for Hope Pianos that activate public space to galvanize individuals, bind communities, brighten urban landscapes, and foster social cohesion. We champion art for all because we believe the arts have an unmatched capacity to uplift, unite, and heal.

Culture For One improves the lives of New York City children living in foster care by providing them with arts opportunities and individual support that expose them to a broader world of possibilities, while encouraging them to prepare for independent adulthood.

When the founders of Pencils for Kids discovered in December 2005 that 30 children were sharing ONE pencil in a community in Niger, Africa they decided to act. Since that time, P4K has partnered with Liboré, a community of 25,000 people in Niger, where only two schools go beyond Grade 6. Since 2006, P4K has sent over 20,000 kilograms of school supplies, created pen-pal relationships, built three schools, a library, opened a sewing centre for girls and started sponsoring scholarships for girls. We have also piloted the first Farmers of the Future program in three village schools, teaching children in primary school to move from subsistence farming to a business model where they can learn how to market their produce and invest their earnings. We do this one pencil, one book and one community at a time.

Dunamis Education Society is registered in British Columbia, Canada, as a not for profit society that works primarily through education. This occurs through building schools, and finding opportunities for teachers overseas. Dunamis Education Society exists to meet the needs of those committed to make a difference in our world. Dunamis Education Society is an efficient, open and effective facilitator bringing together those who have needs and those able to meet the needs

Masomo For Children fulfills its mission by: (1) sponsoring tuition scholarships for children living in orphanages and marginalized communities to attend primary and secondary schools and vocational colleges; (2) providing these students with access to educational resources and other basic supplies to assist them in their studies.

Teach For Canada's vision is to make education more equal by helping schools in rural, remote, and indigenous communities recruit, prepare, and retain outstanding educators.

Attracting a diverse set of potential leaders to teach, for two years in Zimbabwe's highest-need communities so that they can unleash their leadership. This unleashed leadership will allow teacher fellows and their students to continuously challenge educational injustices and drive the movement to an equitable and holistic education for all children in Zimbabwe.
