The Contemporary Longrifle Foundation raises and distributes funds to support the Contemporary Longrifle Association and the artists who make contemporary longrifles and related accoutrements. It sponsors fundraising projects and endowment efforts to preserve and promote the longrifle culture and to provide tax-deductible giving opportunities.

TO PROMOTE ENVIRONMENTAL UNDERSTANDING THROUGH EDUCATION AND CONSERVATION.

To collect, exhibit and preserve works of art that inspire and educate through art exhibitions and art education, the museum seeks to engage the entire community in the enjoyment and appreciation of the visual arts

TO EDUCATE AND ENRICH THE COMMUNITY THROUGH ENGAGING EXPERIENCES IN CONTEMPORARY ART

To foster the arts, arts education and historic preservation throughout Newport County.

They are working towards the goal of raising enough funding to erect a building to house the City of Owosso’s First Motorized Pumper, a 1921 American LaFrance Pumper (shown above) as a monument dedicated to the firefighters of Shiawassee County that have made the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty. This memorial will also serve as a museum celebrating the rich history of firefighting in Shiawassee County.

TO PRESERVE, INTERPRET, AND DISPLAY THE HISTORY OF THE DELAWARE STATE POLICE IN ORDER TO PROVIDE AN EDUCATIONAL EXPERIENCE.

To preserve and maintain the Newton Depot property and to establish a regional railroad museum with an educational component.

To increase scientific knowledge, education, and public understanding of human origins, evolution, behavior and survival.

TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC ABOUT THE HISTORY OF WORLD WAR II AND KOREAN AND VIETNAM WARS AIRCRAFT AND ARTIFACTS.

To Promote The Education And Advancement Of Art In The City Of South Bend, St. Joseph County, And Surrounding Areas.

THE MISSION OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO PROMOTE AND ENCOURAGE WOMEN ARTISTS THROUGH EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES AND EXHIBITS OF WORKS OF ARTS.
