The Great Star Theater was built in 1925 to serve the Chinese population of San Francisco. The theater originally presented Chinese, Cantonese, and Shanghai Opera. Through the years the theater has been used for films, concerts, and live theater as well as presenting a diverse program of Chinese Opera. Our organization manages and maintains the theater to ensure it's continued use by the community.

We commission original works from LA-based creators along with international guest composers and artists. We connect LA artists with sold-out audiences ready to immerse and engage with new forms of expression. We sponsor live, professional sonic/visual performances of these original works, offering fierce musicianship and hybrid sound presented in unpredictable, uniquely immersive formats in exceptional LA venues.
Formed in 1973, Palliser Regional Library is a co-operative library system located in South-Central Saskatchewan. There are 20 branch libraries all of which provide a full range of services. Branch libraries are located in communities ranging in size from the City of Moose Jaw (33,000 population) to Wood Mountain (village of 31 people). The Region serves approximately 53,500 people located in 78 municipalities over an area of 10,640 square miles.
The Foundation’s interactive website, seminars, lectures, books, field experiences and exhibitions supported by a range of media resources create the programs within which we can examine our relationship to the natural environment, its structure and ecosystems, our ethics and responsibilities. Sponsored seminars and exhibitions will make substantial contributions toward heightening a population-wide appreciation of our environment and advancing our individual and collective desire to contribute toward its well being for today and tomorrow.

The organization produces a professional summer classical music festival in Boulder and operates an educational arm (the Center for Musical Arts) that provides community music instruction and outreach. Its purpose is to inspire and connect people of all ages by presenting high-quality performances, music education, and programs that broaden access to the world’s music.
Colorado Honor Band's (CHBA) objective is to offer an inclusive instrumental education program to a diverse socioeconomic population in the Denver metro area (youth ages 10-18); a program that upholds our core values of cultivation of excellence, respect for culture, fostering of peer camaraderie and through affordable programming, providing participation in the arts to the largest possible number of deserving youth.
