Since 2001 the Edmonton Oilers Community Foundation (EOCF) has worked to change lives in Oil Country through their support of a host of deserving organizations. The Foundation gives back in excess of $1 million annually to registered charities throughout Central and Northern Alberta who focus their activities on youth, education and health & wellness.

The Down Syndrome Research Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the quality of life for individuals with Down syndrome and their families.

Founded in New York City in 1966, the mission of the Paul Taylor Dance Foundation is to cultivate, promote and encourage understanding of and public interest in the arts through performances of the choreographic work of Paul Taylor. In 2014, the Foundation expanded its mission with the launch of Paul Taylor American Modern Dance, building upon the past to transform the Foundation into an institutional center for American modern dance. The VCC Foundation exists to help you in your support for our students. By helping them reach their goals and realize their dreams, we can better our communities. Each donation made to the foundation has an impact. Without the generosity of donors who fund scholarships and bursaries, many students would be unable to complete their post-secondary education. Contributions are helping to provide new learning spaces, and donations of equipment and current technology to enhance student learning. The Foundation seeks to stimulate financial support for the students and programs at VCC, to ensure the prudent management of funds received and to encourage the community's goodwill toward the college. It is a registered non-profit organization with a volunteer board of directors.

The Clifford Bowey School Foundation is managed by the School Council which includes parents and staff members. The Foundation raises money to support school programs and new initiatives. Over past years, donations to the school have contributed towards the Snoezelen room, swimming pool equipment, items for the toy library, and classroom learning materials. The school recently installed a new primary playground and is currently raising funds to upgrade the senior playground.
