The GIT is a not-for-profit, private educational institute specializing in experiential group learning in the Gestalt method of psychotherapy. Personal development workshops and one-on-one therapy sessions are also available with our faculty and post-graduate students.

GGC is the leadership organization for girls and women in Canada, with over 90,000 members from coast to coast to coast. Guiding is bold, fun, energetic and empowers girls and women to face challenges with confidence. Guides welcomes girls and women to be part of the following groups: Sparks (5 and 6), Brownies (7 and 8), Guides (9 to 11), Pathfinders (12 to 14), Rangers (15 to 17+), and Adults - as leaders, mentors, team members and more. For girls, Guiding is an accepting environment with diverse and exciting programs and activities that offer the opportunity to discover new interests, valuable leadership skills and make lasting friendships. Guiding gives girls the tools and resources they need to acheive greatness. For women, Guiding is a chance to make a difference in the lives of girls and young women. It's a place for personal growth, mentoring and travel.

Peace Festival A yearly Peace Festival is organized in our local neighbourhood.. Community-building activities Community meals, special events, organized outings and activities draw people out of isolation and rebuild personal support networks. Community student residence Near Montreal’s four major universities, it offers lodging in a community living and peace church context. There will also be opportunities for volunteering with Maison de l'amitié programs. Community space We offer low cost rental (or free) community space to our local community for meetings or events. Pastoral Refugee Support Network This program is develops a support network for communities of faith where many of the members struggle with having been suddenly uprooted and having experienced organized violence or torture. The Education Foundation of Niagara raises funds to support over 36,000 District School Board of Niagara students. Funding is directed to schools or initiatives that are not eligible for ministry or board funding. We - help students in financial need - provide annual student awards and bursaries for post secondary education - support projects and initiatives in DSBN schools in areas of the arts; character education; healthy, active lifestyles; outdoor education and environmental stewardship; innovative practices - provide leading-edge resources to the community such as Prom Project Niagara - manage donor designated gifts in accordance with donor specifications.

Founded in 1978, by Merrilee Hodgins and Joyce Shietze, The School of Dance has an international reputation as a centre for excellence in arts education. The School offers training programmes in ballet and contemporary dance as well as professional development courses for teachers. The School's Community Arts Programmes include classes for adults and children. Graduates of The School of Dance are performing with companies world-wide. The Centre for Community Learning & Development (CCL&D), (formerly known as East End Literacy) was founded in 1979 as a community-based literacy organization serving downtown east Toronto. CCL&D is now a training and development organization that promotes increasing individual and collective resources as a strategy for building community capacity. CCL&D engages in training and learning activities, digital storytelling, leadership development, clear language & design, and community partnerships, as strategies for responding to community-based challenges. The Toronto School of Theology (TST) is a consortium of seven Christian theological colleges, each fully accredited by the Association of Theological Schools, and each federated with the University of Toronto. Through the TST, these seven member colleges, together with its affiliated schools, share educational resources, agree on high common standards, collaborate in planning and administration, and maintain close bonds with the University of Toronto, in a common commitment to excellence in postgraduate theological education.

The Group of 78 is an association of Canadians committed to leadership in the promotion of global stewardship: a Canadian foreign policy based on the pursuit of peace, justice and global survival. The Group began in 1980 when several concerned and distinguished Canadians crafted a statement on how Canada could contribute to the building of a peaceful, secure world. In November 1981 that statement, Canadian Foreign Policy in the 80s, was sent to Prime Minister Trudeau. It was signed by 78 Canadians – a group of 78. The statement set out three inter-related objectives. In summary: • removal of the threat of nuclear war • mobilization of resources to achieve a more equitable international order • strengthening and reform of the United Nations and other global institutions
