The Quesnel Community Foundation is a public charity that gives grants to projects to help improve or address an issue in our community. We have a permanent Community Investment fund, which will never be spent. To date, we have given out $175,000 in grants to deserving community groups since we were founded in 2001. We are autonomous and governed by a volunteer board of local leaders. We are a member of Community Foundations of Canada and receive advice and assistance from them, as well as the Vancouver Foundation.

Founded in New York City in 1966, the mission of the Paul Taylor Dance Foundation is to cultivate, promote and encourage understanding of and public interest in the arts through performances of the choreographic work of Paul Taylor. In 2014, the Foundation expanded its mission with the launch of Paul Taylor American Modern Dance, building upon the past to transform the Foundation into an institutional center for American modern dance.
