The Foundation’s mandate: To increase Science Literacy through the appreciation and interpretation of Earth sciences for students, teachers and the general public, enabling a more informed judgement of the validity and importance of current and future environmental issues.

The purpose of the foundation is to support programs which advance the widest ranging community improvements in such areas as arts and culture, health and social services, heritage preservation, community facilities and programs, education, sports and recreation.

The Priory School Foundation is a registered charity that is devoted to raising funds for The Priory School's continued development of innovative educational approaches so that it can maintain low tuition fees, small class sizes and personalized student care.

All Join Hands Foundation, Ltd, is a 501(c)3 charitable organization dedicated to supporting the funding of projects that will preserve and promote LGBTQ* square dancing and other associated dance forms. The projects will protect the heritage of the activity and contribute to its growth, emphasizing the social, physical, and mental benefits of square dancing. All Join Hands Foundation will also increase public awareness, educate and inform the general public about preserving the art of square dancing, educating the public on LGBTQ* square dancers, and educate the public about square dancing as an art form.

People for Progress Foundation was founded in response to an overwhelming need in the Dandora Slum in Kenya where bright and ambitious young people, who are full of potential, dream of developing successful careers but have no hope of turning their dreams into plans without the support of our contributors.

The St. Patrick’s High School Foundation was founded in 1993, the year we celebrated the 150th Anniversary of the High School. Since then, its goals have been essentially the same: provide funding for student activities, provide financial assistance to students in need and award bursaries to encourage students to pursue post secondary studies.

Power of Education Africa Foundation provides the funds for school fees, room and board, transportation, tutoring and counselling, if needed, and other personal expenses for deserving candidates. We assist them to gain admission to good boarding schools, day schools, colleges, polytechnic institutes and other institutions, so that they will have a better chance in life.

The Toronto Foundation for Student Success is the charitable foundation of the Toronto District School Board. Our goal is to help alleviate stress factors experienced by students; stresses like hunger, poverty, and violence. Through innovative, non-traditional programs outside of the regular curriculum, TFSS contributes to an environment for learning in which all students can be successful, no matter their financial standing. The nutrition programs, vision and hearing clinics, and after school programs we provide are becoming more and more prevalent, and more and more essential. We are able to provide these vital services only with the help of generous donations. By donating to TFSS, you will help to improve the lives of children. The Angel Foundation for Learning aims to ensure that all TCDSB students are equally able to participate in opportunities that sustain and enhance the educational process including: student nutrition programs, class trips, leadership activities, bursaries and funding for social work emergency needs, for instance: eyeglasses, hearing aids, food vouchers and other essentials for TCDSB students in need.

The Registered Nurses Foundation (RNF) is a registered, charitable organization (since 1979) committed to the advancement of nursing practice and nursing education. The RNF raises money for bursaries for students enrolled in basic, post-basic, refresher, specialty and graduate education programs in nursing, or involved in nursing research in their education (i.e. Master's or PHD Program). Bursary winners are selected by the Board of Directors each year in October. All board members are volunteers who donate their time and expertise to the Foundation. A portion of the money raised each year is used for administration costs including secretarial support, mail-outs and postage, processing bursary applications and website hosting. RNF meeting space is provided for no charge by the CRNBC. Each year the demand for bursaries increases. Your tax deductible donation will help students and RNs continue their nursing education.
