New Native Theatre’s mission is to create excellent Native American stories for the stage in four distinct ways: 1) Produce commissioned and existing plays by native playwrights. 2) Produce community created plays around cultural and social justice topics. 3) Present the best of Native American and first nations productions from around North America to encourage the appreciation of high level production values/expectations, and the cannon of native theatre created around the continent. 4) Provide an array of theatre training to native american community members. 5) Engage in collaborations with native artists and native organizations of varying artistic disciplines.

Peterborough Native Learning Program offers help for adults who want to improve their reading, writing or math skills. Our services are free and confidential.Our students are Native and non-Native, male and female, from 19 to 65 plus years of age and from all backgrounds.

The Native Plant Society of Saskatchewan is a member-driven registered charity that believes in achieving goals through active, impartial dialogue with all stakeholders. Since 1995, the Native Plant Society of Saskatchewan has been striving for the protection of, and education about, native plants. We achieve our goals through school visits and youth programs, rare plant conservation projects, public field tours, invasive species removal projects, habitat restoration, and much, much more!

TO ENCOURAGE AND SUPPORT THE CREATION OF NEW MODERN DANCE WORK BY BOTH ESTABLISHED AND EMERGING CHOREOGRAPHERS; PRESERVE OUR MODERN DANCE HERITAGE THROUGH CONTINUED PRESENTATION OF CLASSIC WORKS, AS WELL AS THROUGH ARCHIVAL EFFORTS; BUILD WIDER NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONALAUDIENCES FOR MODERN DANCE; ENHANCE PUBLIC UNDERSTANDING AND APPRECIATION OF THE ART FORM AND ITS CULTURAL AND HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE; AND TO PROVIDE A SOUND SCIENTIFIC / AESTHETIC BASE FOR PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION AND TRAINING OF DANCERS AND A FORUM FOR INTEGRATING AND DISSEMINATING INFORMATION ON DANCE EDUCATION.

Roots of American Music uses live performance and arts-integrated teaching to bring traditional American music (blues, jazz, folk, country, gospel, rock) into underserved Northeast Ohio communities. Their programs deliver music education and performances for K–12 students, seniors, and adults with developmental challenges to support learning, social-emotional development, and community connection.
