NPH USA, formerly Friends of the Orphans, transforms the lives of abandoned and disadvantaged children with homes, healthcare and educational programs, making a positive impact in Latin America and the Caribbean. NPH USA support Nuestros Peque os Hermanos (NPH, Spanish for "Our Little Brothers and Sisters"). Together, we create families for life and teach children the values of unconditional love, shared responsibility and helping others. Our donors help children overcome poverty and become leaders in their own communities. Since its founding in 1954, NPH has assisted more than 20,000 children and is currently raising more than 3,400 boys and girls in nine countries. An additional 2,300 students who live outside the homes receive scholarships, meals and health care. Over 99,000 services were provided through community outreach programs in 2015.

Food For The Poor, one of the largest international relief and development organizations in the nation, does much more than feed millions of hungry children and families living in poverty primarily in 15 countries of Latin America and the Caribbean. This interdenominational Christian ministry provides emergency relief assistance, water, medicine, educational materials, homes, support for vulnerable children, care for the aged, skills training and micro-enterprise development assistance.

Mercy House exists to engage, empower and disciple women around the globe in Jesus’ name. We provide for the rescue of pregnant girls in Kenya and provide a home for them. We empower their families and many others with dignified work so we can redeem future generations. We do this by engaging those with resources to say yes to the plight of women in poverty by empowering women around the world through partnerships and sustainable fair trade product development.

The Austin Humane Society's mission is to provide comprehensive, humane, life-saving animal services, transforming the lives of animals and those who love them. The Austin Humane Society (AHS) is an independent nonprofit shelter that offers comprehensive, humane, life-saving animal services. AHS offers innovative, nationally recognized programs that save the lives of thousands of dogs and cats each year. AHS' approach to addressing the critical needs of animals encompasses finding animals homes through adoption, serving animals and people in times of crisis, preventing future homelessness though spay and neuter programs, and engaging the community to be a part of the solution.

As California State Parks’ statutory non-profit partner, we have a clear mission – to help strengthen parks and inspire all people to experience these extraordinary places. We are an independent 501c3 organization that supports California State Parks. What does it mean to be "the statutory partner?" That just means we were created by an act of the Legislature to address a big need identified by Governor Brown's blue-ribbon panel on the future of parks. The Parks Forward Commission concluded in 2016 that State Parks need a non-profit partner, or what they termed "a support entity." So, we were founded in 2019 to full this important need. Why would a state agency like The Department of Parks and Recreation, need a non-profit partner? Well, the short answer is: the same reason National Parks need the National Parks Foundation. Closer to home, the same reason every public school needs a PTA or parent association. That is, to fund and to implement innovative and critical programs that are not covered by the public funds. Put another way, to be the nimble partner of State Parks, what some have called "the R&D arm" of State Parks. If we want parks to be strong for the next generations, we need to be thinking now about equitable access (making sure that people from all backgrounds can get to and feel welcome at parks), and about climate resilience. Those are two of the key areas of work for Parks California. Parks California is helping make parks more welcoming, inclusive, and climate resilient. Eswatini (formerly Swaziland) has the highest rate of HIV infection in the world. A generation of children is being left without parents; a generation of grandparents are being left to raise them without resources. Young Heroes initiatives have supported over 15,000 orphans and vulnerable children. We empower Eswatini's most vulnerable youth and their caretakers so they may achieve their fullest potential through: life-support grants; vocational training; healthcare: HIV education, prevention, and care programs; educational support; and gender and economic empowerment programs.

The Lion Heart Heroes Foundation seeks to promote heart health for our military community. Objectives: Raise awareness of sudden cardiac arrest (SCA) and advocate for heart health in the military community. Promote the presence and use of Automated External Defibrillators (AEDS) on military posts and at physical fitness events. Support research and partner with the Navy to develop cardiac screening protocols to help identify cardiac abnormalities within our military community. Demonstrate heart screening protocols using the latest scientific techniques.

Since 1992, Almost Home has opened its doors to thousands of families – some for one night, some for months. The house offers a supportive, relaxed environment during what is often a stressful and anxious time for both parents and children. Our lovely 11 bedroom home allows families to prepare meals, do their laundry or simply take a break in a warm, home-like atmosphere. Over 85% of the hours needed to keep Almost Home running smoothly are volunteer hours. Your financial contribution is truly appreciated and will permit us to continue to provide families with low cost accommodations in a friendly, supportive environment.

Lina's Home offers a range of free services regardless of whether you are staying there or not. The home si open 24/7 and provides: • A warm environment where you will be welcomed and listened to without being judged. • Pertinent, accurate information and references. • Support groups. • Individual meetings with a counsellor. • Mother and child couselling. • Someone to help and accompany you for legal appointments or other meetings. • Prevention and awareness activities.

Their mission is to help children from families affected by HIV/AIDS, mental illness, and poverty.

Expansion plans will provide 116 new units, in addition to our existing 95 unit complex. The addition will include: a 20 unit Dementia Wing - secure care facility with 24 hour onsite medical staff; 40 Assisted Living Units - 1 & 2 bedroom units with optional medical care available; and 56 Life Accommodation Units - 1 & 2 bedroom self-contained units. The goal of the Campaign for Caring is $4,000,000. The Campaign has raised $2 Million to date and is tarted to complete the fundraising by Sept '05. The project is expected to cost approx $18,000,000.

Their long-term mission includes helping individuals, families, and communities in Ukraine, surrounding areas, and around the world with sustainable development projects, economic development projects, obtaining or restoring clean water and affordable energy, improved educational opportunities, cultural exchange, disaster relief, and humanitarian aid.
