As a leader in social change, WoodGreen is at the forefront of critical issues. From decades of work on the ground, we’ve learned important lessons about how to help individuals, families and communities. We must have the right combination of supports in place for people, and offer those supports according to the unique needs of each person. This holistic approach often includes some pretty innovative solutions, and WoodGreen has developed new programming models that have gone on to be adopted in other communities. To support WoodGreen, we launched The WoodGreen Foundation in 2009. This new Foundation provides an opportunity for donors to become meaningfully engaged in WoodGreen’s work like never before, and see the impact of their support on the community. So, whether you want to donate a blanket for a homeless person, volunteer once a week, or sponsor an entire program, The WoodGreen Foundation can help you to make a difference
