Community Home Support - Lanark County (CHSLC) is a volunteer based agency for seniors, adults with physical disabilities and persons diagnosed with a life threatening illness and/or are dying. Services provided: Meals on Wheels, Transportation, Foot Care, Diners Club, Home Help/Home Maintenance, Friendly Visiting, Security/Reassurance, Volunteer Hospice Visiting Service.

We are a non-profit agency that provides support to Seniors (age 60 and older) and to Adults with temporary or permanent disabilities (age 18 and older) to assist them to live safely and independently in their own homes and community of Glanbrook and Hamilton while placing great value on respect and excellence.
