The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) is an impartial, neutral and independent organization whose exclusively humanitarian mission is to protect the lives and dignity of victims of armed conflict and other situations of violence and to provide them with assistance. The ICRC also endeavors to prevent suffering by promoting and strengthening humanitarian law and universal humanitarian principles. Established in 1863, the ICRC is the origin of the Geneva Conventions and the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement. It directs and coordinates the international activities conducted by the Movement in armed conflicts and other situations of violence.

The mission of the DC Fire & EMS Foundation is to support the DC Fire & Emergency Medical Services Department and its heroic members by supporting their training, wellness and recognition, equipment and facilities, and by educating the community about the Department's life-saving mission.

The Community Foundation of Prince Edward Island is a charitable organization that focuses on enhancing the quality of life in the communities of Prince Edward Island. It is a registered, non-profit body which provides a means for individuals, families, community groups, corporations, even private foundations, to support charitable activities and contribute to many diverse needs in Prince Edward Island communities. As a registered charity, all qualifying donations are tax deductible. Established in 1945, the CFP's mandate is the advancement of the profession of pharmacy. Since 2004, funds raised by the Foundation have supported innovative projects and research that will optimize the expertise of pharmacy in the area of medication management. This will in turn enhance the contribution pharmacists make to the healthcare system in Canada.

Believing that the ultimate hope of peace for mankind lies in education, and knowing that many refugees and displaced persons are in a situation in which education is terribly difficult, the Brackett Refugee Education Fund is committed to assisting refugees or displaced persons of any race, nationality or creed, to acquire education. Many refugees have a strong desire to serve their people. We try to help them discover a world beyond the narrow ethnic confines of a refugee camp, and to equip them with the tools and skills to help them serve their people.

We fundraise to finance projects that will make our community a better and safer place to live and focus our limited resources efficiently and effectively on doing things that are needed, but not normally offered or done by anyone else.

Our goal as an organization, and through the Ride For Dad, is to spread awareness and fund research for prostate cancer, so that men can continue to be there for their families and friends for years to come. To date we have donated over 9 million dollars towards prostate cancer research and awareness!

NPH USA, formerly Friends of the Orphans, transforms the lives of abandoned and disadvantaged children with homes, healthcare and educational programs, making a positive impact in Latin America and the Caribbean. NPH USA support Nuestros Peque os Hermanos (NPH, Spanish for "Our Little Brothers and Sisters"). Together, we create families for life and teach children the values of unconditional love, shared responsibility and helping others. Our donors help children overcome poverty and become leaders in their own communities. Since its founding in 1954, NPH has assisted more than 20,000 children and is currently raising more than 3,400 boys and girls in nine countries. An additional 2,300 students who live outside the homes receive scholarships, meals and health care. Over 99,000 services were provided through community outreach programs in 2015.
