Thirst Project is a nonprofit organization that works with the support of young people to END the global water crisis by building freshwater wells in developing communities that need safe, clean drinking water, vital to health and sanitation. The Thirst Project seeks to provide health and sanitation. As waterborne diseases kill more children every single year than HIV, Malaria, and all world violence combined. And small children are at significant risk, as they typically do not have strong enough immune systems to fight diseases like cholera, dysentery, or schistosomiasis. By providing a community with safe drinking water, disease rates can drop by up to 88% virtually overnight! Child mortality rates can drop up to 90%- overnight! Likewise, the time children spend collecting water keeps them from going to school and getting an education. Women and children spend on average six to eight hours each day walking to fetch water. The average distance that women and children in developing communities walk to fetch water is 3.75 miles. The Thirst Project makes clean water accessible, lowers health risks and empowers children's education.

After vetting our partners to make sure they meet our grant-making criteria, the most important thing we do is LISTEN.  We never go into a community and tell them their school needs a library or their children need better food or cleaner water – we let them tell us what they need, and we listen as they explain what impact fulfilling that need will have.  We then brainstorm with them about the best way forward.  They know best the needs of their community and we want to help them achieve their dreams and goals.  That’s why the projects we support vary greatly – because the needs and priorities of children are different everywhere we GO. In response to the Great Commission, Compassion exists as an advocate for children to release them from their spiritual, economic, social and physical poverty and enable them to become responsible and fulfilled Christian adults.

We are a nonprofit agency that promotes justice by providing free and low-cost legal services to under served immigrant children, families, and refugees. With legal services, social programs, bond assistance, and an advocacy team focused on changing the narrative around immigration in this country, RAICES is operating on the national front lines of the fight for immigration rights. We defend the rights of immigrants and refugees, empower individuals, families, and communities, and advocate for liberty and justice. Since 2018, our Bond Fund is the largest in the nation with just under $12 million spent to secure the release of more than 1,200 individuals from ICE detention. Our San Antonio Bus Station Project helped more than 9,000 adults and 12,000 children released from detention understand their legal rights. We have a volunteer program with over 5,000 trained volunteers and pro bono lawyers to perform essential tasks such as accompanying people to ICE check-ins and preparing detained clients for credible fear interviews.

Children Across Borders is a charitable organization that provides financial and non-financial support to children-focused, non-profit, grass roots organizations primarily in the areas of education, health, housing and wellness across the United States and India today, and the world tomorrow.

Too Little Children is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization, that was formed to serve the children who have too little. This particular population is especially vulnerable and forgotten, and they feel that it is both their responsibility and privilege to care for them. They have established programs to provide enough for these children, in a variety of different ways. Their programs are constantly being altered and improved as they learn more about their needs and the best ways to meet them. Their focus is developing countries and their scope is broad but simple: they want to provide enough for the children who are in need. They want to go beyond their physical and financial needs because they genuinely believe that a child who is unloved and uncared for suffers as much as the child who has nothing to eat. They are honored to serve all children, regardless of background, beliefs, or tribal affiliations.
