Volunteers contribute their human and financial resources to sustainable development projects managed by the society’s partner organizations with a proven record of sustainable development practices. Jewish World Watch (JWW) is an expression of Judaism in action, bringing help and healing to survivors of mass atrocities around the globe and seeking to inspire people of all faiths and cultures to join the ongoing fight against genocide.

World Emergency Relief alleviates the suffering of human beings by providing humanitarian relief and developmental aid to people who have been marginalized by geography, or harmed by natural disaster, war, armed conflict, exploitation, physical or mental abuse, or economic deprivation.

Founded in 1955, the World Rehabilitation Fund is the pioneer organization devoted to the development and implementation of rehabilitation programs for people with disabilities throughout the world. WRF's mission is: to enable individuals around the world with functional limitations and participation restrictions achieve community and social integration through physical and socio-economic rehabilitation and advocacy; and to prevent disability and reduce disadvantage. WRF believes that all people, regardless of disability, have the right to participate fully in their communities, to attain education and viable employment. Guiding Principles The WRF staff works closely with local and international partners to develop culturally appropriate initiatives that address all aspects of rehabilitation, from incident through reintegration by: Strengthening the capacity of indigenous organizations to better meet the needs of people in states of disadvantage due to various forms of disabilities. Developing community-based programs for physical, psychological, and socio-economic rehabilitation and reintegration. Upgrading skills of rehabilitation service providers such as physicians, therapists, health promoters, nurses, social workers, and vocational rehabilitation specialists. Collaborating with industry and local professionals to enhance vocational training, skills-building, and job placement programs to create sustainable employment and income-generating entrepreneurial opportunities. Training rehabilitation professionals throughout the world in the fabrication and fitting of artificial limbs, orthopedic braces, and other assistive technology appropriate for the geographic area they serve. Ensuring that people with disabilities are part of the team from start to finish.

One Digital World seeks to reduce global inequality by connecting refugees to computers and essential education to prepare them for integration into new countries and cultures. They do this by setting up computer labs inside refugee camps and shelters and teaching their curriculum which aligns with the UNESCO framework to achieve the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals to achieve a better and more sustainable future for all.

World Cares Center’s mission is to reduce the harm, suffering, and loss caused by disasters through the empowerment of underserved, at risk communities to prevent everyday accidents and react as educated and skilled ready responders when disasters occur. WCC believes that resiliency is best promoted when all facets of communities are prepared to respond to disasters together to mitigate their inherent risks, thereby reducing human and economic loss and suffering.

World Hope International (WHI) is a faith-based relief and development organization that works with vulnerable and exploited communities to alleviate poverty, suffering, and worldwide injustices. Founded in 1996, WHI uses market-based and community-driven enterprise solutions to empower, protect, and build resiliency through innovative, environmentally conscious, and transformative projects. WMR has the ability to utilize these items in our services and programs that help people all over the world.  Another crucial element of World Medical Relief is the help of volunteers. Volunteers can be found in all departments of the organization; in all over 1,700 annually.

World Fisheries Trust acts locally and globally, using a multidisciplinary approach to match solutions to problems; not problems to solutions. The organization is not an activist group, but rather works as an honest broker with all points of view and creditable scientific evidence. We do scientific and social research, contribute to policy development and work on field implementation of solutions. Our particular expertise includes bridging the divide between technical solutions and societal realities, including tools for enhancing community engagement, public awareness, and societal equity. The combination of local and international projects provides unique insights for this work, as well as providing a conduit between Canadian and international partners.

World Bicycle Relief’s mission is to provide people in need with access to independence and livelihood through The Power of Bicycles. People in developing nations suffer every day due to lack of transportation: without access to education and economic opportunity, people live in poverty; without access to healthcare, people die of preventable diseases and minor injuries.  Bicycles are a simple, sustainable way to bridge the transportation gap between needs and resources. Compared to walking, the only transporation available to many people in developing countries, bicycles represent an enormous leap in productivity and access to healthcare, education and economic development opportunities. We accomplish our mission by designing, sourcing and manufacturing bicycles designed to withstand African terrain and conditions while meeting the needs of students, healthcare workers, farmers and entrepreneurs. We encourage local economies and promote long-term sustainability by locally assembling bicycles, training mechanics, strengthening the spare parts supply chain, and providing high-quality, affordable bicycles to people in need of transportation.

Feed The World's mission is to empower poor smallholder farm families to feed themselves and provide for the future through sustainable farming. Guiding Principles - Seeds of Dignity and Hope are planted in the hearts of our smallholder farm families as they work together to provide for themselves and build a better future. Transparency & Accountability means that we will do exactly what we promise to do in the communities we serve and that we will be open and honest with our donors in communicating how funds are being used. Lasting Self Reliance is achieved as families obtain sufficient knowledge and education, manage resources wisely, and prepare for the future so that they will continue to thrive after our support ends. Sustainable Farming is practiced by smallholder farm families as they plan, plant, and harvest food for themselves and their livestock, while building human capacity to recognize and enhance the efficient use of their natural resources. Nutrition & Income are the core benefits to smallholder farm families as they grow and produce foodstuffs that provide for a nutritionally balanced diet on an economically sustainable basis. Scientifically Proven Methodology guides the implementation of agricultural best practices with our smallholder farm families and on our demonstration farms. We also support further scientific research through partnerships with universities, governments, and other non-governmental organizations (NGO's). Mutual Respect is the goal of our in-country agronomists, nutritionists, and animal scientists as they interact with smallholder farm families, seeking to understand the "why" behind traditional practices, and always exploring new possibilities.
