The International Community Foundation seeks to inspire international charitable giving by U.S. donors, with an emphasis on Mexico and Latin America.

The Niagara Community Foundation links donors' legacies to their community forever through the creation of endowment funds that are held in perpetuity. A portion of the earnings are granted each year to charities working in a variety of sectors, including the arts, education, culture, heritage, environment, health and the social services. The charities supported each year are determined in two ways: either through donor direction at the time the fund was created or through a variety of granting programs. Donors can designate a particular charity or a field of interest to support with their fund. They can also meet with the foundation annually to advise us as to which particular charities or causes they would like to support. Memorial gifts and gifts in honour of an individual can also be made to the foundation and to a particular fund at the foundation. A complete listing of the funds is available below.

The Maitland Conservation Foundation is a registered, charitable, non-profit organization that supports the environmental work of the Maitland Valley Conservation Authority. Established in 1975 the Foundation's Board of Directors and members are volunteers. The Maitland Conservation Foundation works in partnership with the Maitland Valley Conservation Authority to raise funds for conservation projects. Currently the Foundation is working to ensure the availability of environmental education programs in the Maitland watershed, to support projects that will build the environmental resiliency of the watershed and to upgrade facilities at local conservation areas. Donors are welcome to direct their donations to specific initiatives including the John Hindmarsh Environmental Trust Fund, the Geoff Walker Memorial Fund, the Wawanosh Nature Centre, tree planting/environmental restoration efforts, Memorial Grove and Falls Reserve Conservation Area. The American Forest Foundation works on-the-ground with families, teachers, and elected officials to promote stewardship and protect our nation's forest heritage.

The mission of The Eagles Wings Foundation is to provide post-disaster relief and emergency organizational leadership and coordination of governmental, volunteer and professional personnel and services.

The Wayúu Taya Foundation was created with the objective of improving the living quality of the indigenous communities in Latin America, maintaining and respecting their traditions, cultures and beliefs.

Formed in 1990 by members of the Federation of BC Naturalists (BC Nature), the BC Naturalists' Foundation is building an increasingly strong capital base, which provides an annual source of funds for BC Nature and its member clubs. Examples of projects funded include: Education Programs, Nature Events, Bioblitz, Wildlife Viewing Area Interpretive Displays, Nature Trail Improvements, Bird and Wildlife Checklists, Birding Trail Guides, Bird Monitoring, Banding, Nature Club Brochures, Websites, Connecting Communities with Nature, and Restoration Activities. The JM Demaree Foundation is a non-profit charitable organization that provides practical, emotional, spiritual, and social work support to desperately poor, and needy children and families in Moldova.

The mission of the National Forest Foundation is to engage America in community-based and national programs that promote the health and public enjoyment of the 193-million-acre National Forest System.

The Leary Firefighters Foundation provides funding and resources for fire departments to acquire the best available equipment, technology, and training necessary for the health and safety of firefighters and in turn, the public they serve.

Mezu International Foundation (MIF) has a long-standing and distinguished history. Its historical origins stem from over 40 years of philanthropy. Until its recent incorporation, Mezu International Foundation has variously sought to facilitate the employment for African local indigenes, educating children and young adults , providing food and basic necessities for orphanages and contributing to the equipping and upkeep of medical facilities, through encouraging Agriculture and production of local fruits and crops. Mezu International Foundation has given small business start-up loans free to numerous locals to begin independent small businesses in trading, farming, craftsmanship, mechanical shops, tailoring, baking business. The Foundation has given free books and tuition scholarships to cover the cost of education from elementary through college for young people in need. MI Foundation has been a leader in the provision of aid to deserving and exceptional students as well as low-income students for higher education. Specifically, Our Lady’s Food Kitchen was established in 2004 to provide food and aid to families in need. It is expanding its mission by providing economic independence to women through trade and business ventures. Medical Missions are undertaken during which US trained physicians, pharmacists and several volunteers provide free physicals, clinical care and medications to local inhabitants in eastern Nigeria. Since 2007, a Maternal Child Division was inaugurated to provide support in the area of prenatal care for women with high risk pregnancies and provide aid to neonatal intensive care units in need. Also the Foundation seeks to create awareness and educate the masses through programs that promote ways to reduce maternal and neonatal morbidity and mortality. Articles of clothing and food have also been provided to communities and individuals that are less privileged in Eastern Nigera. In 2012, Mezu International Foundation, in order to be better able to provide more effective aid to more needy people and expand its outreach beyond borders, obtained a non-profit status. Currently, the Foundation is using Eastern Nigeria as a model to promote its programs in the areas of education, good health care and economic empowerment in Africa.
