• Nearly one billion people lack access to safe water. • Over 2.6 billion people lack access to adequate sanitation. Ryan’s Well grew from the commitment of one boy, Ryan Hreljac, who learned of the great need for clean water in his 1st grade class. With the support of friends, family and the community, Ryan raised enough money to build his first well at Angolo Primary School in Uganda in 1999. With your help, we can change the startling statistics presented by the global water and sanitation crisis. Since 2001, we have helped build over 700 wells and 900 latrines, bringing safe water and sanitation to over 750,000 people. Ryan’s story is compelling and empowers people of all ages – youth in particular – to take action and effect positive change in the world. We educate on the importance of clean water and of volunteering through speaking appearances, social media and our educational resources. Your donation makes a difference! www.ryanswell.ca/info@ryanswell.ca
