The organization seeks to improve the quality of life of women and their families living in the rural areas of Maharashtra & Karnataka. Our primary objective is to empower rural women and fight injustices based on gender, caste and class. Our mother-daughter intervention model helps keep girls in school & promote improved health outcomes.

Our mission is eradicate child labor by motivating children to remain in school, and we offer financial support to over 300 students and families.We have Built computer labs, dug water wells, repaired school facilities, provided essential learning supplies/resources.

An imbalance exists between cities and villages in India. The best health care and medical facilities are available in the cities. However, 75 percent of India's population lives in villages. Unemployment, poverty and lack of adequate facilities for health and education drive ambitious young people to the cities in search of jobs and a better standard of living. This migration drains the energy of the villages while simultaneously putting additional strain on the resources of the cities.
