Mustard Seed Communities (MSC) is a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to caring for the most vulnerable populations in society. Founded in 1978, MSC provides care to children and adults with physical and mental disabilities, children affected by HIV/AIDS, teenage mothers, impoverished families, and marginalized communities throughout Jamaica, Nicaragua, Dominican Republic, and Zimbabwe.

We put our utmost efforts into restoring a self-supporting livelihood both economically and mentally to those people who have been stricken with hardship due to conflicts and disasters. We do so promptly, precisely, and flexibly by fully utilizing local human and material resources, considering this the most promising way to revitalize the society.

The Lung Association, Manitoba is a member of the Canadian Lung Association, which has been working to improve the lung health of Canadians for over 100 years. We are a non-profit, registered health organization that relies on donations from the public to fund our activities. We are the premier source of lung health information and initiatives in Manitoba. Our efforts are focused on lung disease education & management, tobacco cessation & prevention, improved air quality & environment, tuberculosis and occupational health services. Kudvumisa Foundation is dedicated to meeting the health care needs of the impoverished and marginalized and providing economic opportunities through skills training and market access to combat poverty in Swaziland.

Their mission is based on three fundamentals: Happiness, Health, and Hope. It’s with these in mind that they have created over 20 different programs to support families in their brave and emotionally taxing fight.

Empower the people of Haiti to achieve economic self-sufficiency through education, child development services, health care, support services, spiritual guidance, and vocational training.

Empowering rural communities in Africa to provide their own people with high quality basic health care, effective public health initiatives, micro-finance and support for vulnerable children. They have a special love for children, whom they see not as a burden, but as part of a brilliant future for Africa. They currently run projects in southwest Ethiopia in the rainforest highlands, and in western Kenya, along the shores of Lake Victoria. They also provide a grant to an orphans' program in Eritrea.

The Tanzanian Children's Project (TCP) is devoted to raising funds to support health care, education, and orphanage projects in the Rombo District of Tanzania which is located in the foothills of Mount Kilimanjaro.

Founded in 2010, Cameroon FDP's mission is to create positive social impact through grassroots soccer leagues that promote health, education, and employment opportunity for a brighter future in Africa.

Malaika’s mission is to empower Congolese girls and their communities through education and health programs. The grassroots non-profit operates in the village of Kalebuka, in the Southeastern region of the Democratic Republic of Congo.
