Kaleidoscope Child Foundation works to advance educational access and quality of life for disenfranchised children and their rural communities worldwide. They deliver sustainable, culturally informed programs (education, clean water, hygiene and basic medical support) and support local schools and students through grants, volunteer programs, and community projects.

We support students and teachers in the K-12 school system, with curriculum-relevant education programs in topics related to energy, water, waste, forests and land use, and climate change. We provide free classroom presentations, outdoor field studies, classroom resource materials, and professional development programs for teachers.

"Fundacion Gracias" was established with a clear mission: to serve as a conduit between those experiencing hardship and those eager to combat poverty in Argentina. To fulfill our mission, we forge strategic partnerships with organizations dedicated to addressing fundamental human needs, including access to clean water, childhood nutrition, and healthcare protection.

Little Dresses for Africa is a non-profit 501c3, Christian organization, which provides relief to the children of Africa. Simple dresses are made out of pillow cases, and distributed through the orphanages, churches and schools in Africa to plant in the hearts of little girls that they are worthy! Our projects are focused through clean water, education and community.

Growing Communities, Inc dba Crop Swap LA is a South LA-based, fully independent 501(c)(3) urban agriculture nonprofit organization whose mission is to grow high quality, nutrient-rich food in underutilized urban spaces while creating green jobs, preserving water, and uniting the community.

The Pinasol Foundation is a renowned non-governmental organization (NGO) that operates across various sectors, including water and sanitation, child protection, vocational and technical education, environmental conservation, and livelihood empowerment. With a strong reputation in these areas, the foundation has positioned itself as a lead project team and has successfully qualified to execute projects effectively.

The purpose of the MVCA is to protect water and related resources for present and future generations. The activities of the MVCA are driven by local municipalities, landowners and community organizations. We are committed to providing effective community-based conservation services in a cost efficient manner. We're excited to be launching Footprints to Forests, a new fund that enables donors to calculate their carbon footprint and then compensate for annual Green House Gas emissions by planting trees. Trees help to reduce the impacts of climate change and also provide benefits such as biodiversity and improved water quality. Donations to the Carbon Footprints to Forests program will be used to plant trees in Conservation Areas in the Maitland watershed. Visit www.footprintstoforests to calculate your carbon footprint. Donors are welcome to compensate for their whole carbon footprint or a portion of it. We welcome smaller donations, every tree counts!

We help children obtain an education by the paying school fees and school expenses of elementary and secondary school students through our child scholarship program. We work to keep children with their families supporting grandparents who are caring for their orphaned grandchildren. We partner with Kenyan charities that manage children’s homes (orphanages) and schools. We mitigate the effects of drought by water harvesting through the installation of gutters and tanks which collect rain water from large roofs in arid and semi-arid areas of Kenya. We foster individual self-sustainability by supporting community development projects. We strengthen the church by funding and working directly with local church groups. We help Kenyans to understand and apply universal values and principles that will allow them to succeed and overcome corruption and poverty.

The Kensington Conservancy is a land trust that works to protect lands and waters by purchasing property, accepting donations of land, and through voluntary conservation agreements. These protection methods are all aimed at protecting our precious landscape in perpetuity. The Kensington Conservancy believes that conservation and preservation can also be achieved through the good stewardship practices of all property owners. We work with local landowners, farmers, governments, schools and other organizations to develop programs that will promote greener and less intensive development, best land and water management practices, invasive species control, and low impact recreational activities. Our Vision is to inspire all members of the North Channel community to embrace positive conservation values that will promote the protection and preservation of natural ecosystems for all generations.

GreenUP is a community-based, non-profit organization founded in 1991 to help area residents live in healthier, more eco-friendly ways. Our knowledgeable staff offer services, information, programs and products to help with: home energy efficiency; waste reduction; green gardening; greenspace restoration; water conservation; and active and efficient transportation.

The Nanaimo Search and Rescue Society (NSAR) is a registered non-profit society in British Columbia. The group was formed in 1991 and is composed entirely of volunteers. NSAR is responsible for ground and inland water search and rescue within the jurisdiction of the Nanaimo RCMP detachment. The area covered includes portions of the Regional District of Nanaimo, as well as within the City of Nanaimo.
