The United Empire Loyalists' Association of Canada came into being with a Federal Charter, passed by Parliament on May 27th, 1914. Now with 27 branches across Canada, UELAC strives to enrich the lives of Canadians through fostering public awareness of our national history, and, in particular, of the United Empire Loyalists and their contributions to Canada, while also celebrating their memory and perpetuating their heritage as an integral part of the Canadian identity. Donations may be made to the General Fund, Memorial Fund, Scholarship Fund or a specified fund managed by UELAC.

United Way improves lives by mobilizing the caring power of communities around the world to advance the common good. We galvanize and connect a diverse set of individuals and institutions, and mobilize resources, to create long-term change in areas of education, income and health. United Way envisions a world where individuals and families achieve their human potential - where communities not only set significant and measurable goals to advance these fundamental elements of human development, but achieve them.

They consolidated their efforts and talents to form a family dedicated to the rescue and well-being of the Yorkshire Terrier. They have pledged to rescue as many Yorkies and Yorkie mixes in need as is logistically and physically possible. In addition, they are devoted to providing love, nourishment, rehabilitation, socialization, and "pawsome" forever homes!!

Bellarmine College Preparatory is a community of men and women gathered together by God for the purpose of educating the student to seek justice and truth throughout his life. We are a Catholic school in the tradition of St. Ignatius of Loyola, the Founder of the Society of Jesus. As such, our entire school program is dedicated to forming "men for others" -- persons whose lives will be dedicated to bringing all their God-given talents to fullness and to living according to the pattern of service inaugurated by Jesus Christ.
