MISSION: Concordia Welfare & Education Foundation is a Hong Kong based non-profit organization founded by Lutheran Christians and dedicated to improving the lives of impoverished rural communities in Asia through education and service. We partner with local communities, organizations and governments to identify sources of poverty and implement programs in the areas of education and community health. The National Endowment for Financial Education has deep roots in the financial services industry, as well as in the field of education. NEFE was founded as the parent organization of the nation's first financial planning educational institution, which was incorporated in 1972. Today, the National Endowment operates as a 501 (c) (3) foundation devoted exclusively to helping Americans improve the quality of their lives through an exposure to basic programs and materials that promote positive and sound financial decision-making. NEFE accomplishes its mission primarily by partnering with other concerned organizations to provide financial education to members of the public in particular, to underserved individuals whose financial education needs are not being addressed by others.

The Aspen Foundation for Labour Education works to educate youth to allow them to work, live, and participate fully in a democratic society. Founded in 1972, the American Indian Higher Education Consortium provides leadership and influences public policy on American Indian higher education issues through advocacy, research, and program initiatives; promotes and strengthens Indigenous languages, cultures, communities and tribal nations; and provides a wide array of technical assistance support to member institutions and emerging tribal colleges. Today, AIHEC is composed of 36 Tribal Colleges and Universities in the United States and one in Canada that are tribally controlled and provide higher educational opportunities that are locally and culturally-based to American Indians. AIHEC's vision is sovereign tribal nations through excellence in higher education.

PIE was established to bring much needed financial and educational resources to beleaguered high schools in Ghana . Over the past fifteen-plus years, our mission has expanded to include the provision of scholarship grants to deserving high school students in the cities we operate and raise funds, as well as the promotion of cross-cultural understanding between high school students in the USA and Ghana. The resources we mobilize are used to improve the quality of education for students in underserved high schools in Ghana, facilitate effective interaction with their counterparts in the United States, and send deserving students in the United States to college. We seek to accomplish our mission by: ◾Providing computers, library books, science lab equipment, and teaching resources to high schools in Ghana ◾Providing scholarship grants to college-bound high school students in the United States ◾Making grants for infrastructure development in high schools in Ghana ◾Sponsoring educational outreach and exchange programs for American and Ghanaian high school students and teachers As a philanthropic organization, our charity feels that it’s important to demonstrate our core values in everything we do.
