The Institute of Health Management Pachod (IHMP) strives for the health and development of communities through implementation of innovative programmes, research, training and policy advocacy. The Institute aims at the holistic development of the individual, family and community and is committed to the development of marginalised groups. Within the broad mandate of reaching the most disadvantaged, it is committed to the health and development of women, adolescent girls and children. IHMP's basic commitment has been to reduce gender inequities intrinsic in Indian society. Organising and mobilizing children and adolescents to achieve a sustainable, inter-generational change is a part of this mandate.

THE ORGANIZATION'S MISSION IS TO PROMOTE ADVANCED EDUCATION THROUGH DIDACTIC COURSES AND CLINICAL TRAINING TO DENTAL HYGIENISTS PURSUING A BACHELOR OF SCIENCE DEGREE AND FOR LICENSED DENTISTS CURRENTLY AT THE UNIVERSITY OF BUFFALO SCHOOL OF DENTAL MEDICINE IN ADVANCED EDUCATION PROGRAMS.

SPHEED Society Had A Long Term Macro Level Approachment For The Peoples Development Through Organise The Mahilamandal, Youth Clubs , Unorganised Labourers Association As Well As Organise Promotion Of Peoples Organisation Like Movement Approachment For Eradicate The Social Evils, Discrimination ,Illiterate, Ignorance Through This Activity Create Sustainability Community And Society Like, Love, Peace, Justice And Human Being.
