GRAACC's mission is to guarantee that children and adolescents with cancer have the right to all the possibilities of cure with quality of life, using the most advanced scientific standard and minimum impact to the childhood experience.

Bear With Us: Four primary areas of operation are: 1-Black Bear Rehabilitation; orphaned bear cubs and injured bears cared for and returned to the wild in a high state of health. 2-Bear Sanctuary; various species; A comfortable place to stay for permanent unreleasable bears such as ex-circus bears, zoo excess or illegal pet confiscations. 3-Education; (a)-off location slide/video presentations for groups at Provincial Parks, schools, cub and guides, other young peoples groups, nature clubs and more. (b)-comprehensive website, facebook page and a special educational facebook page for Molly Bear. (c)-one on one phone conversations and email responses to indivduals with questions regarding bears. 4-Conflict Resolution; Assisting people and bears to coexist together. Individual consultation with people about how not to encourage or discourage a nuisance bear by removing food attractants, live trapping and relocating individual bears when other potential solutions have been exhausted.

Since our inception, we have been guided by our vision to make a profound and lasting difference in deaf education and empowerment. Over the years, our vision has evolved and expanded, reflecting our dedication to addressing the multifaceted challenges faced by the deaf community and our relentless pursuit of equality, inclusion, and social justice. Our purpose is rooted in the belief that every deaf individual, deserves equal access to quality education, healthcare, and opportunities for personal and professional growth. We recognize the unique needs and challenges faced by deaf children and adults, particularly those from economically disadvantaged communities, and we are committed to addressing these challenges head-on through holistic, sustainable, and community-driven initiatives.

Our mission is to provide the necessary resources so that all children born with malformation Cleft Lip/Palate (all over the country) can recover in a complete and thorough manner. Although we are an independent association, we work together with the National Children's Hospital of Costa Rica (which is where they perform surgical treatment) in order to have a multidisciplinary equipment, needed for a proper rehabilitation. In Costa Rica, each year, we received an approximately of 85-90 babies with the Cleft Lip/Palate, so our effort is reflected in the smile of all recovered children, but our mission continues standing with each new baby born that presents the malformation.

Promoting the spiritual and physical well-being of needy individuals affected by HIV/AIDS and other diseases by enhancing their access to quality medical care, livelihood support and the compassionate love of God in the Archdiocese of Dar es Salaam and beyond.

-In precarious neighborhoods, ensure permanent access to quality running water at home, fire-fighting, hygiene training, community building and emergency plans. Develop other essential local services according to needs and capacities. -Conduct systemic diagnoses of waste and sanitation management and propose initiatives adapted to the context and available resources, preferably in support of communities and local authorities. -Mobilize and involve all stakeholders in setting up high-impact social projects that are ultimately economically viable and self-sufficient.

The Girlz with Goals Leadership Center is a grassroots movement and community-based organization working to help girls of all backgrounds develop the qualities needed to become future leaders. At Girlz with Goals we believe in the development and growth of every girl. Our program strives to inspire girls to be strong, beautiful and brilliant with programming that focuses on academic achievement, a healthy lifestyle, and life-skills. Our programs teach girls to develop a love of learning, manage money, develop healthy relationships, deal with peer pressure, critically examine global events, and be physically active. All programs are designed to drive positive outcomes for girls and reinforce necessary life skills.
