PIE was established to bring much needed financial and educational resources to beleaguered high schools in Ghana . Over the past fifteen-plus years, our mission has expanded to include the provision of scholarship grants to deserving high school students in the cities we operate and raise funds, as well as the promotion of cross-cultural understanding between high school students in the USA and Ghana. The resources we mobilize are used to improve the quality of education for students in underserved high schools in Ghana, facilitate effective interaction with their counterparts in the United States, and send deserving students in the United States to college. We seek to accomplish our mission by: ◾Providing computers, library books, science lab equipment, and teaching resources to high schools in Ghana ◾Providing scholarship grants to college-bound high school students in the United States ◾Making grants for infrastructure development in high schools in Ghana ◾Sponsoring educational outreach and exchange programs for American and Ghanaian high school students and teachers As a philanthropic organization, our charity feels that it’s important to demonstrate our core values in everything we do. Tandem, Partners in Early Learning engages families, educators, and communities to surround young children with interactive learning opportunities that build early language and literacy skills, strengthen social and emotional skills, and foster a lifelong love of learning. Tandem focuses on our communities' youngest children, who are at greatest risk: those in low-income families, children of color, English language learners, and children who are not enrolled in preschool or formal care.

The mission of Communities In Schools is to surround students with a community of support, empowering them to stay in school and achieve in life.

Established in 1979, Buddies in Bad Times Theatre is the world's largest and longest-running queer theatre. We are proud to be Toronto’s leading destination for artistically-rigorous, alternative theatre and a world leader in developing queer voices and stories for the stage. Buddies in Bad Times Theatre has identified three core values that serve as guiding pillars for all our activities and operations. Founded in 1964, California Poets in the Schools (CalPoets) is one of the largest literary artists-in-residence programs in the nation. We encourage students throughout California to recognize and celebrate their creativity, intuition, and intellectual curiosity through the creative poetry writing process. We provide students with a multicultural community of published poets, specially trained to bring their experience and love for their craft into the classroom. CalPoets serves 26,000 students annually in hundreds of public and private schools, juvenile halls, after-school programs, hospitals, and other community settings.

The objects of the Charity are for the public benefit: (1) to advance the education of the public in the subject of Libyan culture and heritage; (2) to develop the capacity and skills of the socially disadvantaged members of the diaspora Libyan community within the United Kingdom in such a way that they are better able to: (i) identify, and help meet, their needs; and (ii) more fully participate in, and contribute positively to, British society; and (3) to advance such charitable purposes (according to the law of England and Wales) as the trustees see fit from time to time. Libya in the UK (LYUK) is an independent non-governmental organisation led by Libyan youth living in the diaspora. We seek to be a hub for Libyans in the UK to foster a shared sense of community. We provide a platform for networking and knowledge sharing for all Libyans and implement initiatives to advance Libyan art, culture, young talent and entrepreneurship. Ultimately, LYUK aims to build a vibrant and diverse Libyan community in the UK. Our core values are independence and integrity and we strive for excellence in all areas of our work.

Our mission is to promote social justice and reduce poverty and deprivation affecting vulnerable and isolated individuals and to enhance their livelihood and wellbeing. To deliver an accessible, impartial, free quality welfare and debt advice service with a holistic approach to maximise the household income. To ensure we run a cost effective service not profit or target driven. We offer a unique way of delivering specialist welfare, deOur mission is to promote social justice and reduce poverty and deprivation to vulnerable and isolated individuals and enhance their livelihood and wellbeing. To deliver an accessible, impartial, free quality welfare and debt advice service with a holistic approach to maximise the household income. To ensure we run a cost effective service not profit or target driven. We offer a unique way of delivering specialist welfare, debt and money advice in the local community. We have trained specialist advisors able to offer outreach services, providing digital assistance for those residents that are without access to online services. Our advice is free, impartial and regularly updated to meet the ever changing rules of welfare benefits. And to work with the Community to help tackle the challenges that is caused by deprivation.

Our mission is to amplify women's voices and address global challenges that impact women through the power of photography and visual storytelling. We leverage the universal language of photography for change. We strive to amplify women's narratives for gender equality and tackle global challenges by: 1. Raising awareness and humanizing issues, 2. Fostering solidarity and challenging stereotypes, 3. Driving advocacy, activism, and cultural preservation.
