The mission of Sukarya is to focus on ensuring equitable access to quality health services for all including the poorest sections of the society, especially women, adolescents and children. All our interventions are designed and implemented to meet the following objectives: To improve maternal and child health To advocate, promote and sensitise communities on Primary Health Care, Reproductive Child Health and Family Planning. To advocate, encourage and guide positive 'health-seeking behaviour with special emphasis on physical, mental and social well-being. To empower women by strengthening their physical, emotional well-being and economic stability. To provide humanitarian assistance to areas affected by natural calamities such as cyclones, earthquakes and floods. The vision of Sukarya is health for all. "Better Health, Better Society"; a society in which citizens enjoy holistic health and their well-being. Healthy and successful citizens contribute actively to overall growth of their family, community and the society.

Founded in 2016, the Hope4Ray Scholarship Foundation aspires to provide financial scholarships to senior high school young women pursuing a degree in mental health. To be eligible, the young women must have parents who served or are serving honorably in the United States Army Reserve.

AISHA is an independent and non-profit women Palestinian NGO with the purpose of promoting gender justice and protecting and empowering vulnerable women, children and adolescents' survivors of GBV, addiction, and those with disabilities through women protection and empowerment, child and family protection, and mental health and substance abuse community-based services programs.

The Center for Child Counseling provides trauma-informed mental health services and early-intervention programs for children, families, and caregivers in Palm Beach County. They focus on play-based therapies, prevention and healing of adverse childhood experiences (ACEs), and building community and caregiver capacity to support children’s emotional well-being.

The Tooker Gomberg Greenspiration Fund was set up in 2004 following the tragic passing of Tooker Gomberg. We aim to support projects that protect the environment, as well as educate around mental health issues by supporting projects like RxISK.org. The Nava Center is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization providing psychotherapy and training to the community, organizations, and individuals to decrease the impact of trauma and increase engagement in anti-racism.We believe that everyone deserves access to quality mental health services and meaningful education to develop their best self and make the world a more equitable and safe space for all.

Since it’s inception seven years ago, Lookup Theatre has performed at The Art Gallery of Ontario, LuminaTO, Nuite Blance, HarbourFront Centre and Cirque Pacifica (Hawaii), to name just a few. They have developed and performed several full-length kids’ shows on environmental awareness at The Kid’s World of Energy Festival and HarbourKIDS. During the fall and winter 2010/2011, Lookup developed a circus and theatre show with youth in the mental health community, to build self-esteem, encourage dignity and spread awareness of mental health issues in Canada. Now and over the next 2 years the youth are going to high schools in Toronto spreading their message with our circus show. In the summer of 2011, they brought the joy of social circus and theatre to the youth in Grey/Bruce County. This coming summer of 2012 help support the youth tour their environmental show in Grey/ Bruce county.

Maryvale's mission, inspired by the compassionate service of our Vincentian founders, faithful to Catholic social teaching rooted in the gospel of Jesus Christ and the charism of the daughters of charity, is to heal, empower and educate children and families in order to instill hope for a more fulfilling future. We do this by providing residential, educational, mental health and community-based services in an environment of dignity, love and respect.

ArtHeart Community Art Centre (ArtHeart) provides children, youth and adults living in the inner-city with visual arts programs and materials, free-of-charge. ArtHeart helps to develop self-esteem, creativity, life-skills and learning. By using the arts as a vehicle, ArtHeart addresses child poverty, homelessness, lack of employment and mental health issues. ArtHeart’s philosophy involves offering creative materials, art education, unique and innovative projects and marketing opportunities in a supportive and creative environment where participants can express their own creativity, develop skills (educational, marketing and life-skills), find mental stimulation and put their hands and imaginations to work!

TRANSFORMING HAITI'S DISADVANTAGED RURAL COMMUNITIES IN THEIR MENTAL (MINDSET), SOCIO-ECONOMIC AND ENVIRONMENTAL DIMENSIONS

Heartspeak provides a platform to share your story & connect with others. Heartspeakers from all walks of life contribute and share stories that inspire (spanning ability, race, culture, socio-economic status, faith, age) and lessons learned. Heartspeak integrates topics confronting youth today—relationships, mental health, school life, transitions, mental health, addictions, safety, equity/inclusion, social justice (rights of children and youth), finding purpose, and navigating career paths. Heartspeak themes address Aboriginal issues, disabilities, homelessness, gender/sexual minorities (LGBTQI), racism, bullying/violence. Heartspeak learning resources/services bring greater understanding of the issues confronting youth today and provides a vehicle for educators/school staff (teachers, principals, superintendents); children & youth (grades 4-12/post-secondary);parents/families/siblings; community youth organizations’ to spark dialogue and share solutions.
