The Mission Statement Of Blind Education And Rehabilitation Development Organization (BERDO) Is to rehabilitate the people with disabilities In The community by income generation, education, training and treatment facilities beside the normal people to relate with the social main stream.

Founded in 1983 by North Carolina Governor James B. Hunt to bring NC Businesses voice to the education table to ensure we are educating our students toward the needs of the workforce pipeline now, so that North Carolina will have a vibrant economy in the future.

STEPS FORWARD is a non-profit Society located in Vancouver B.C. The mandate of Steps Forward is to set up and facilitate inclusive post-secondary education in British Columbia for persons with intellectual disabilities. Inclusive post-secondary education means persons with intellectual disabilities attend regular classes at colleges or university and participate in the usual activities of campus life. We believe that positive developments, changes, and reforms promote social justice for all people, especially families of historically underserved populations such as African Americans, Hispanic/Latino Americans, Native Americans (Band of Choctaw), women, children, the elderly and other socio-economically deprived and other marginalized groups.

The Community Education Development Association (CEDA) is a non-profit inner city community development organization that was established in 1979. CEDA strives to meet the educational needs of our community, focusing on advocacy and programming that addresses the inadequacies of the education system in serving the members of our community. We recognize that these inadequacies exist within a larger context of social and economic inequality as well as both societal and institutionalized racism and we are committed to raising awareness of this context both within and beyond the community that we serve.

Since 1988, H.E.A.R., Hearing Education and Awareness For Rockers, mission is dedicated to the prevention of hearing loss and tinnitus. We cater particularly to the population most vulnerable to potential noise induced hearing loss ––young music lovers, musicians, DJs and their audiences and others in the music and entertainment industry––but extend our education, awareness, and advocacy to people from all walks of life. In addition to awareness, education and advocacy work, we provide music-hearing services in San Francisco and a directory of partners for other locales. In everything that we do, we strive to ensure that hearing conservation becomes part of every music education and music lifestyle. H.E.A.R. wants you and your loved ones to enjoy music, and the pleasure of hearing, for a long, long time.

Inspired by Rudolf Steiner’s Waldorf education system, the mission of Desert Marigold School is to provide an educational context that emphasizes not only intellectual achievement, but also the imaginative, artistic, and moral growth of its students. To make available this quality of education for all ethnic and socioeconomic sectors in our community.

COMMUNITY HEALTH, HOUSING AND SOCIAL EDUCATION (CHHASE), TAMIL NADU Background Community health, housing and social education (CHHASE) NGO is involved in social work for Scheduled castes, Scheduled tribes, other backwards classes and under privileged. Team of youth, who have passion in social service and compassion towards the sufferings of the disadvantaged sections of the society, came together and formed CHHASE. Our team have clear insight in the socio-economic, education, health and environment issues faced by the downtrodden, under privileged and marginalized segments of the communities. CHHASE NGO India is a non-governmental, non-profit, social service voluntary organization working for an integrated development of women and children of downtrodden segment of the society. CHHASE NGO believes that all human beings are equal and has the right to have good health, shelter, food and minimum standard of living. CHHASE NGO has touched new heights by Regular Activities to fulfil the mission of organization. Our executive committee oversees all the organization's efforts. The committee meets regularly to ensure that all of our teams perform efficiently and to facilitate cross-functional connections. CHHASE NGO have excellent staff, volunteers & members, who are dedicated, are available for any social cause (s) always. They are our real strength to carry the noble cause of uplifting the downtrodden. CHHASE NGO was registered in the year 2001 under TN Societies Registration Act, 25 of 1976. It is also registered under the FCRA, 12A & 80G of Income Tax Exemption Act, 1961. CHHASE NGO is completed due diligence norms and listed with CREDIBILITY ALLIANCE, & GUIDE STAR INDIA. CHHASE NGO has been collaborating with foreign donor agencies, corporate, national donor agencies both governmental and non-governmental towards making meaningful interventions for the cause of poor and needy sections of the society.

Our mission is to bring quality healthcare and education to the people living in the remote, difficult to reach rural communities in Nigeria through community engagement using our manpower,available funds and our expertise.

The National Guild supports and advances access to lifelong learning opportunities in the arts. We foster the creation and development of community arts education organizations and programs by providing research and information resources, leadership development and networking opportunities, funding, and advocating on behalf of the field. We co-create a future where learning and creativity are at the center of our collective liberation.
