The United States Student Association (USSA), the country's oldest and largest national student-led organization, develops current and future leaders and amplifies the student voice at the local, state, and national levels by mobilizing grassroots power to win concrete victories on student issues. The United States Student Association Foundation (USSAF) ensures the pipeline of effective student leadership by facilitating education, training and other development opportunities at national, state, and local levels in advocating for issues that affect students.

Our strategic goal is to strengthen national progressive movement infrastructure and build greater power and effectiveness by equipping a wide range of activists, organizations, and coalitions with the skills they need to advocate for new public policy, elect progressive leaders, mobilize voters, and empower people to organize for change.

Kidstruments Fund makes grants and refurbishes instruments for schools and school districts to help kids in need participate in band and orchestra programs. Kidstruments Fund was created by a sixth grade cello player, who wants other kids to get the same joy from music that he does.

The mission of Second Wind Fund is to decrease the incidence of suicide in children and youth by removing the financial and social barriers to treatment.

The Lulu & Leo Fund is a 501(c)3 non-profit that raises funds for Choose Creativity, its primary initiative. The Choose Creativity initiative empowers children and adults to build resilience, creative confidence, and social-emotional skills by engaging with the 10 Principles of Creativity. We provide training and social-emotional learning frameworks for educators and other professionals.

The Skylake Scholarship Fund (run by the Skylake Scholarship Committee) raises and distributes scholarships to graduating White County High School seniors to help them attend accredited colleges, universities, or vocational schools. It awards scholarships based on merit and financial need and sends scholarship payments directly to the students’ chosen schools; funds come primarily from Skylake residents and local fundraisers.

The Kateri Tekakwitha Fund exists to empower Guatemalan women to break the cycle of poverty by having a positive impact on their lives, families, and communities through collaboration, educational scholarships, and support.

Zawadi Fund International supports the initiatives of the Children and Youth Empowerment Centre, Nyeri, Kenya. In collaboration with the CYEC, we seek to develop effective and sustainable solutions for the street-dwelling children, including education and enterprise development, to enable these young people to lead fulfilling lives.

The mission of the KEX Kids Fund is to provide basic vision and hearing care to all eligible children in 16 counties in Oregon and SW Washington. Since 1987, we have been able to provide eyeglasses and hearing aids to all eligible children requesting our help.
