The Leacock Club provides funding for its associated charitable public foundation—the Stephen Leacock Foundation for Children. Since its inception, our supporters have donated $5.5 million to its public foundation- the Stephen Leacock Foundation for Children, through membership donations, corporate sponsorship and special events. We are Efficient: Administration expenses are held to a 10% threshold. We achieve this efficiency through careful budgeting, low overheads and volunteerism.
Douglas College Foundation was incorporated in 1985 with a principal mandate to raise money for student aid. Through the generosity and support of our donors, the Foundation assists up to 2,000 students annually through bursaries, awards and scholarships. By removing financial barriers, the Foundation is able to help students reach their educational goals.
