Public Citizen Foundation supports the research and educational work of Public Citizen, Inc. founded in 1971 to promote consumer rights, open government, corporate responsibility, clean energy, fair trade, environmental protection, and workplace safety.

Since 1980, the Pacific WildLife Foundation has conducted pioneering studies and novel education programs about marine life in the Pacific. We believe that objective science is the best way to find solutions for conservation. The foundation board, fellows and associates are renowned scientists and award winning educators. General donations over the past 3 decades have been vital to our success. The Green Communities Foundation is the charitable affiliate of Green Communities Canada. We work with Green Communities Canada to organize and participate in environmental projects designed to preserve, protect and restore the environment, and to conduct research relating to the environment and to disseminate the results of such research.

Roslyn School, which opened its doors in September of 1908, is a school with a history of educational excellence and leadership, most notably as a pioneer in French Immersion education. In 2004, concerned alumni, parents and friends of Roslyn School came together with the desire to create an independent organization for fund raising, a reality in today's public school system. Incorporated in 2005, the Roslyn School Foundation (RSF) received its charitable status in January 2006. The mission of the Foundation is to support and enhance, through endowed funding and other gifts, the learning experience offered at Roslyn School as it moves into its second century.

The Wideman Education Foundation (WEF) is an autonomous registered charity created to promote sound project management principles and skills, especially among young people. WEF sees this as a way of improving people’s capability and value – not just in the workplace, but in all their endeavors, and throughout their lives.

Hancock Wildlife Foundation believes that through education and research we can better conserve our wildlife resources in the face of human interaction. Given time and encouragement the wildlife of our planet can co-exist with man as shown by the tremendous resurgence of the bald eagle in urban and suburban areas after being almost wiped out by poorly thought out laws and human greed. The Hancock Wildlife Foundation is seeking funding for projects which include research and conservation initiatives. As the foundation grows, we will hire more staff-many younger talented people committed to our cause must still make a living. As David Hancock says, "If we can support that, then that is marvelous. However, it is both my position and belief that we will also find, already have found, so many additional talented people with some time (and or dollars) to give that "community stewardship". You, the volunteers, the stewards' of your community, my community-earth, are our biggest asset."

The Lea Roback Foundation awards each year scholarships to women of all ages who are in financial difficulty and yet socially committed, so they can realize their plans to go to school. Because it doesn’t have an office or staff, all donations go directly to those in need.

The Fresh Outlook Foundation (FOF) envisions a future in which people of all ages and from all sectors communicate and collaborate to make our communities more socially, culturally, environmentally, and economically sustainable. This is possible only when people talk with one another about important community issues, challenges, and opportunities. To that end, the Fresh Outlook Foundation’s passion is “building sustainABLE communities through conversations that inspire positive change.” FOF creates opportunities for those conversations to unfold at events such as the Building SustainAble Communities conference, REEL CHANGE SustainAbility Film Fest, ECO-BLAST Kids’ Camp & Concert, Thompson-Okanagan Climate Action Exchange, Breakfast of Champions, and Women 4 SustainAbility.

The Rouge Valley Foundation is a charitable organization, which has worked for 25 years to protect the natural and cultural heritage of the Rouge Valley. To work closely with the community, the Foundation opened the doors of the Rouge Valley Conservation Centre (RVCC). The RVCC supports & complements various environmental groups that work out of the centre and in the Rouge Valley watershed. Currently the RVCC serves as the headquarters of the Citizen Scientists and 10,000 trees to name a couple. Our yearly fundraising events include Ride for the Rouge and Rouge Valley Eco Exploration. We also offer school programs and hikes to the general public. In 2009 we launched our green energy initiative to educate the community about alternative energy and we began implementing our own green energy solutions.

The Saskatchewan Nurses Foundation (SNF) is a registered charity that provides bursaries to eligible Registered Nurses who are pursuing continuing nursing education at the baccalaureate, masters or doctoral level or in clinical nursing courses of at least 15 days in length. After graduation, SNF bursary recipients must work in the province for one year for every $1000.00 received.

Burnaby Hospital Foundation raises funds to support the medical equipment needs of Burnaby Hospital. Burnaby Hospital is a 300 bed, community based, acute care hospital caring for over 230,000 people every year. Our Emergency department is one of the busiest in the Province of BC and treats over 45,000 adults and 12,000 children annually.

There are two avenues through which your generosity can bolster our efforts to maintain and improve upon the excellence that our school offers. A gift to the “Ridley College Foundation” bolsters our extensive Scholarship & Bursary program, which provides vital financial aid to deserving students. The Foundation also supports Teaching Professional Development, Facility Maintenance and Prizes and Awards. A donation to "Ridley College" makes available financial support for key programs that we are proud to offer and grants the school the flexibility required to address our most pressing budgetary needs. Every donor has the choice to direct their gift to any area of the school including Academics, Arts, Athletics or Campus Life.
