THE CANADA BODHI DHARMA SOCIETY

Slip free of daily concerns... Rejuvenation and health are closer than you think! Derived from ancient Buddhist theory, Puti Meditation provides a unique method to free the spirit and renew the mind. It offers a space to find relief from stress and return to a state of natural tranquility, improving mental clarity and overall health. Puti Meditation applies traditional practices to the challenges of the modern day world. The result is a uniquely effective self-cultivation technique that dissolves stress, grounds the spirit, dispels illness and holistically enhances both body and mind. These self-cultivation techniques are accessible and practical, yielding results quickly. As such, they are particularly well-suited to the pressures of modern life… and the health issues that accompany those pressures. In its mere 17 years of availability to the public, Puti Meditation has already benefited millions of people.

The CanAssist African Relief Trust

Infrastructure projects will be chosen from applications received from East African communities and monitored by a committee of volunteer CanAssist trustees. Communities will be invited to submit application for funding based on their needs and be responsible for regular reporting during and on completion of the adopted project. Our work supports all members of a community rather than focusing on individuals or programmes. ( i.e. We build classrooms rather than giving school fees for a selected child. We provide clinic equipment, not funds for salaries or programmes at a hospital.)

The HUB at Cowichan Station

Cowichan Station is a rural community south of Duncan on Vancouver Island. The CSAA was established 2007 after our 100 year old local school was closed, prompting local people to band together to restore a community gathering space for the area. Several "Community Conversations" were held to discuss and envision what is important to the residents of Cowichan Station, and CSAA is working to implement some of those ideas. The school is undergoing extensive renovations and has been transformed into The HUB at Cowichan Station, a gathering space for arts, culture and recreation. CSAA is 100% volunteer operated.
