The Shakespeare Company (TSC) bridges the truths of the past with the challenges of today through fresh, brave, and highly accessible performances. For 17 seasons, TSC has used the works of William Shakespeare to strike at the heart of what it means to be human in our rawest moments.

The Michener Institute is Canada's leading post-secondary educational institution for applied health sciences. Founded in 1958 and located in downtown Toronto, Michener's unique combination of theory, laboratory instruction and clinical education prepares health professionals to meet the growing demands of Canada's health care system. Michener's expertise in applied health science education is nationally and internationally renowned. We serve over 800 full-time and 4,000 continuing education students with more than 30 academic offerings, and are constantly developing new programs to meet the changing needs of Canada's health care system.

One of Canada’s finest and last remaining grand estates, featuring architectural, landscape and interior designs of the 1920’s and 1930’s, Parkwood was home, from 1917-1972, to auto baron R. Samuel McLaughlin (founder of General Motors Canada)and his family. Parkwood is praised by Canada’s Historic Site and Monuments Board as “a rare surviving example of the type of estate developed in Canada during the inter-war years, and is rarer still by its essentially intact condition, furnished and run to illustrate as it was lived within.” The majestic estate that was once a private enclave experienced by a select few is now a National Historic Site, open year-round, to be enjoyed by all. The Parkwood Foundation has successfully raised $5 million to date, for conservation and preservation of this magnificent estate. The Institute's mission is to foster values-based leadership encouraging individuals to reflect on the ideals and ideas that define a good society and to provide a neutral and balanced venue for discussing and acting on critical issues. The Institute does this in four ways seminars, which help participants reflect on what they think makes a good society and enhancing their capacity to solve problems leaders face. 

The Brego Foundation is dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation and retirement of former racehorses and raising awareness of the plight of “the unwanted horse”. Our goal: drive proactive change in the horse/human relationship.

Empowering the Community to Be SEEN, HEARD, AND TO ACT Our Focus at the EmpowerTHEM Collective is to provide community members with the necessary tools to have a seat at the table, to advocate for and initiate change and to develop economic power through entrepreneurship.

The Toronto Consort is Canada's leading chamber ensemble specializing in the music of the Middle Ages, Renaissance and early Baroque. Formed in 1972, the Consort presents an annual series of concerts in Toronto, and performs throughout Canada, the United States, Great Britain and Europe. Our Goals are to perform concerts in Toronto, and on tour; to create and present educational programming for students of all ages; to undertake recordings of the highest professional level; and to participate in presentations in other media (e.g., film, television, and radio).
