LifeLight members are Christian men and women who have experienced God's love and forgiveness. We are an organized group of committed believers taking the gospel to the world, starting in our own back yard. LifeLighters are united in sharing God's Word in the living languages of each nationality at home and abroad. LifeLighters place Scriptures and Scripture portions in schools, hotels, motels, prisons, universities, hospitals, libraries, and other places where the public will pick up and read God's Word.

Our programs and activities are currently focused in the eastern rural areas of Nepal. The beneficiaries of our programs are ultimately the home communities and villages of the young women and girls we support. Our immediate work is to help girls break the cycle of poverty through improved access to education. Our approach is based on helping a select few motivated individuals who show promise and are enthusiastic about being leaders within their community – that is, we seek to leverage the talents of a few who will inspire action in many.

Our Objectives are to: A. Assist impoverished communities and families in moving out from temporary shelters into proper housing facilities. B. Provide educational scholarships for the impoverished but deserving students in India. C. Support inmates of old age homes and orphanages in India by providing basic amenities. D. Support, develop, design programs to motivate and retrain teachers, enhance and improve the learning experience in the classroom and add new facilities in the existing schools e.g., provide drinking water, blackboards and toilets where required.

SchoolBOX is a small organization that is totally dedicated to Making Education Possible. Our projects open doors and opportunities for those who need them most. Through simple and cost effective initiatives- building schools & libraries, providing volunteer opportunities & giving basic school supplies to impoverished children- we are having an impact at home and abroad. SchoolBOX serves children in Central America by helping them learn how to read and write. SchoolBOX serves individuals in Canada by helping them to help others.

We strive to provide education in a setting that allows students to “learn to live together”, in the classroom, on the playground, in the school and in the broader community 3. We provide opportunities for meaningful parental involvement in the school 4. We ensure that parents have the opportunity to learn more about Waldorf education in the classroom and in the home.

The LCHS is committed to the humane treatment of all animals and actively performs cruelty investigations in St. Catharines, Lincoln, Grimsby, Thorold and Niagara-on-the-Lake. Taking in over 4,500 animals each year and adopting cats to forever homes for only $25, the LCHS needs your financial support to continue our important work. Civic Nebraska works to create a more modern and robust democracy for all Nebraskans. While our organization is divided into three program areas, Civic Health, Youth Civic Engagement, and Voting Rights, these programs work in tandem to invest in the lives of Nebraskans. Our core organizational goals include improving the pillars of social and civic health which enable residents to feel more confident in their political institutions, more socially connected to their home and neighbors, increase civic engagement, and help individuals feel empowered to participate politically.

Grace Christian School is a private, provincially-certified, K-12 academic educational institution in Charlottetown, PE; We are a ministry of Grace Baptist Church. Our desire is to work with parents to implement a positive learning atmosphere which affects both home and school. We have more than twenty-five years experience in teaching young people from a Christian worldview. As a school, we desire that students learn that Christianity is relevant to our culture. Upon graduation, students are prepared to invest their lives in impacting the world for Christ.

CCA is a private school registered with the Ontario Ministry of Education. The academy is a multi-denominational school and is not affiliated with one particular church. We are a non-profit corporation and a registered charitable organization. Calvary Christian Academy first opened its doors in 1997 to six kindergarten children. Since then, we have grown steadily. For the first three years, the school was located in the basement of the Calvary Pentecostal Church in Carleton Place. In 2001, the school was moved to our permanent home in Franktown. We are now pleased to offer grades JK to 8.

The Fondation De la Visite offers free at-home support to pregnant women and parents of newborn children in the 6 following districts of the Montreal area : Bordeaux-Cartierville, Côte Saint-Luc/Hampstead (territory of the CSSS René-Cassin), Hochelaga-Maisonneuve, Lachine/Dorval, Montreal-North and Notre-Dame-de-Grâce. Five objectives lead the preventive action: break the isolation of local families and from abroad, increase parental skills, improve the parent-child relationship, facilitate the integration of immigrant families and ensure the quality and effectiveness of the intervention with the families.
