Bark Avenue Foundation is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization whose mission is to empower pet owners and local communities to reduce abandoned animal populations through spay/neuter, pet retention, reclamation and education. Working with communities and non-profit partners, Bark Avenue Foundation provides spay/neuter funding, pet tags, microchips, education and support to pets of families in need in Los Angeles and surrounding counties.
Courtyard School is a private, non-profit, independent elementary school that has served the greater Sacramento community for over 25 years. Founded in 2013, this small school seeks to bring high-quality preschool education to North Central Austin families. We are a pre-school for children ages 2 to 6. Guided by the Montessori philosophy, we are dedicated to fostering independence, social skills, emotional well-being, and the love of learning. Our classroom is a full-fledged Montessori environment that also offers Spanish lessons, gardening, Art, Music education and more. We believe in the connection between the children and their teachers and friends, therefore our single classroom is low ratio with 25 or less children and 3 teachers in one multi-age class.
