Turtle Wing Foundation helps individuals (especially children) with learning differences in rural communities access the services and supports they need. It connects families to educational, therapeutic, and emotional resources, provides financial assistance for sessions and programs, and partners with local providers to expand access in underserved counties.

The general mission of the entity is to improve the quality of life of people affected by dementia and also the quality of life of their family members and primary caregivers. The main activity of the entity is what constitutes the non-pharmacological treatment of people with cognitive and/or physical-functional impairment due to a neurodegenerative disease or an acute process such as a stroke (vascular brain accident). The needs of the affected group consist of therapeutic care, home care, psychological care for caregivers and the population's awareness of the consequences of these diseases, as well as prevention in the vulnerable healthy population. Non-pharmacological treatments are essential in dealing with said affects and their consequences, in addition to being able to attend to family members, training and informing them specifically so that they can have a better quality of life.
