Our mission is to advocate for the underprivileged children and women, release them from their economic, social and physical poverty and enable them to become responsible and fulfilled people in the society. Tumaini Miles of Smiles Centre was founded in 2004 after seeing the need in the rural areas especially in the lives of the orphans, vulnerable children and poor families. Rural areas are areas that rarely benefit from large international organisation as they are not easily accessed and this has left many children and women to suffer with no hope. It is in this regard that Tumaini was founded to be a light in the lives of the needy in rural areas.

Buds of Christ's vision is to "empower children and enable wellbeing" With the vision our mission is "to love, listen, learn and lead orphans and vulnerable children to live life positively and with dignity and be children of hope and courage to their peers and to their community"

We envision a world in which communities are educated, empowered, and entrepreneurial. Ninos de Guatemala empowers communities in marginalized areas of Guatemala. We achieve this by providing education that extends beyond the traditional classroom across three levels: students, their families, and the larger community. We aim to be sustainable both at the organizational and community level through initiating and supporting social business activities and fostering an entrepreneurial spirit.

Our Mission: San Miguel Academy of Newburgh is an independent, faith-based, 5th through 8th grade middle school for boys from under-served families residing in the City of Newburgh, New York. San Miguel Academy is part of a national educational reform movement which strives to break the cycle of poverty through education. San Miguel Academy provides boys with the tools necessary for success in their academic, social, and moral lives. We empower our students by focusing on educational achievement and character development as a means of self-efficacy.

Founded in 1998, The Democracy Council advocates freedom, human rights, equal opportunity, and public participation across the globe. The Council's work is based on the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the belief that a vibrant civil society and accountable public administration remain fundamental tenets of democratic societies. The rights of all human beings, governed and governing, should be respected. The right to organize and advocate on one's own behalf is a fundamental right of all people. Discrimination, repression, and torture must be resisted at all levels - at all times. The Council maintains a proven track record of working with both local and national government offices and civil society organizations to build the capacity of those pushing to promote these values. Through civic engagement and education, public testimony and partnerships with civil society organizations, the Council works to ensure that respect for rights and the promotion of public participation in an accountable and productive manner are priorities of transitioning states.

ASK's mission is to promote culture through education, organisation and implementation of workshops, humanitarian and socially beneficial activities as well as promoting equal opportunities and access to education for all.

The Friends are responsible for fundraising all the amazing extras they provide to the Kimball Library. They meet once a month to brainstorm new ideas and work on existing fundraisers.

Friends of Warner Parks is dedicated to the preservation, protection, and stewardship of the Warner Parks. It works to protect the natural and historical integrity of the area by supporting recreational activities, maintaining and enhancing its features and promoting programs that inspire appreciation and conservation of the Parks.
