Improving Health For Better Education. We work in Kenya to connect students with disabilities to appropriate medical resources. We seek local sponsorship for surgery and treatment, and we cover the surrounding costs.

Zawadi Fund International supports the initiatives of the Children and Youth Empowerment Centre, Nyeri, Kenya. In collaboration with the CYEC, we seek to develop effective and sustainable solutions for the street-dwelling children, including education and enterprise development, to enable these young people to lead fulfilling lives.

The International Blue Cross is one of the world's leading non-governmental organisations, caring for people harmed by or at risk from alcohol or illicit drug use. Our project work in prevention, treatment & counselling and aftercare focuses primarily on young and vulnerable people, and on those in extreme poverty. Through carefully researched and targeted interventions we advocate for evidence-based alcohol policies at the national and international level. In doing so, we seek to draw positive and dignified attention to the issues faced by dependent people and their families. Our Vision: We see a world where all people can knowingly choose and live a life free of harmful addiction; a world where all people harmed by addiction have access to and can benefit from high quality and holistic treatment. Our Mission: We provide healthcare development support and promote holistic well-being; We prevent and reduce the harmful use of alcohol and illicit drugs and help mitigate the associated negative health, social, and economic consequences; We advocate for evidence and best practice-based alcohol policy formulation and implementation on the national and international levels. Alcohol and illicit drug misuse afflicts innumerous individuals and families. It also costs societies around the world billions of dollars in health and socio-economic costs. This growing burden is worthy of everyone's attention. The International Blue Cross constitutes a credible and renowned organisation driven by the values, the sort of professionalism, governance, and local community connections needed to effectively address this global challenge.

The mission of Girls Education International is to expand and support educational opportunities for underserved females in remote and developing regions of the world. We work with existing non-governmental and nonprofit organizations in the regions we serve. These local organizations already have relationships and infrastructures in the rural communities where we work that allow us to build upon and maximize existing resources.

Alice for Children by Twins International ETS is an Italian NGO operating in Kenya since 2006, focusing on improving the quality of life for vulnerable communities in the slums of Nairobi and the rural area of Rombo, near the Tanzanian border. The organization collaborates with local communities to address systemic challenges, emphasizing access to education, healthcare, and economic empowerment while protecting and promoting human rights in the remote and neglected areas. Key initiatives include establishing schools in underserved areas, improving infrastructure, and providing resources to foster sustainable development. In the slums of Dandora and Korogocho, where the Organization first began working in 2006, Twins International manages 1 Early Childhood Care Centre (Baby Care) and 8 schools (primary, junior secondary and secondary), together with local community-based organizations, that offer education and support to children living in extreme poverty. The slum areas, characterized by a lack of basic services such as water and sanitation, are home to families who depend on informal work like waste collection for survival. By focusing on education, the organization offers children a path out of poverty and an opportunity to achieve long-term stability. Beyond education, Twins International has implemented programs that empower families and communities through healthcare access, food assistance, and adult training initiatives.

Children & Charity International mission is to "embrace humanity" by utilizing God given talents and resources to promote educational advancement and development; provide charitable and humanitarian aid, and 'Make a Difference' in the lives of poor and underrepresented people. As a mentoring organization we utilize charity and education to teach and empower people to take responsibility for their lives. Sense International (India)'s vision is of a world in which all deafblind children and adults can be full and active members of society. Self-Help International (SHI) devotes its efforts to alleviating world hunger and poverty by providing opportunities to rural citizens that ultimately lead to self-reliance. Since its inception, Self-Help has served as a vessel; training, education, and opportunities are provided to rural citizens and whole communities in developing countries so that they can have better lives. MISSION STATEMENT: To alleviate hunger by helping people help themselves. SELF-HELP'S INITIATIVE Educate: We educate the people of the United States to understand the problems of life in developing countries particularly the awareness of the perpetual struggle by millions to produce and distribute food to battle persistent chronic hunger and poverty; we help tell their story Train: We train people in developing countries in the use of Quality Protein Maize (QPM). This increases crop yields and improves nutrition. We assist local farm families with planting, Improve: We improve infant and pre-school children's diets by administering an improved porridge feeding program. Made from QPM and pinches of barley malt, this combination has been proven to alleviate malnutrition, thwart sickness, and keep children in school so they can continue their education. Empower: We provide micro-credit loans for women to start small scale businesses. This availability of credit empowers women and increases their income - because they do not have access to traditional financing. Cooperate: We cooperate with other organizations and agencies in the introduction of appropriate farming practices or advancement in the battle against poverty and malnutrition.

InterVolve is a Greek grassroots NGO of dedicated team members committed to creating a culture of resilience, and providing individuals with resources to access their human rights. In January 2018 InterVolve created Irida: a safe, welcoming, participatory space where refugee and migrant women have a voice, agency, and the opportunity to receive information and support. Mission: To create safe, equitable, more inclusive, communities within Greece, by contributing to the empowerment of refugee and migrant women. We work to create a society that reflects our community center: a warm, inclusive, participatory space, where women are empowered and become agents of change within their lives, families, and the community at large.
