The mission of Soy Nina is (1) to empower girls who live in conditions of vulnerability, offering a safe space to get to know themselves and meet with their peers so that through their own experiences, meaningful learning, playful activities and the collective construction of knowledge, they can develop and strengthen their socio-emotional skills that allow them to take care of themselves, stay in school and make informed decisions regarding their own lives and (2) to create awareness on the unique challenges that all girls under 18 face in Costa Rica and globally. After almost three and a half years since their beginning, they have worked mostly with girls aged 6-12 years in three vulnerable communities in Desamparados, San Jose, Costa Rica. Their program is on-going and the great majority of girls have stayed in the program throughout the years. Soy Nina's main program is "Club Nina" (Girls Club), a free-of-charge after-school program with affinity to the public education system's calendar, based on life-skills development, human rights, early comprehensive sexual education, all with age-appropriate information and activities.

Our vision is to help build a just society and our mission to secure rights, health and development for marginalized people. We work with the most disadvantaged people, giving priority to women and children - people living with HIV, tuberculosis and leprosy; Dalits (literally 'broken people' - the 'untouchables' of India) and the most discriminated among them; Tribals (indigenous people), women in prostitution, transgendered people, sexual minorities (LGBT), children at risk and people with disability. Our strategy is to mainstream gender, child rights, disability and the needs of the most disadvantaged people of the area. Our mission is to develop new ideas and implement new solutions to address the short and long-term threats to elephant survival, providing them a new future free of cruelty and death at the hands of humans. Our unique approach of developing communities that will end poaching and illegal trafficking, implementing humane economies within host countries and by creating non-invasive research facilities, we will bring transformational change to this epic struggle while bettering the lives of the indigenous population and the host government. The Elephant Project will create self-sustaining and self-funding sanctuaries and communities reducing the need to constantly fundraise for the project. This project is designed to be a model that can be used all over the world to protect endangered species, better the economies of the host country, provide skills training, jobs, healthcare and educational opportunities for the indigenous population.

Hope and Help Society's mission is to improve the quality of life of local communities in Somalia through sustainable development and livelihood initiatives. The organization aims to accomplish this mission by implementing various programs and projects that address the specific needs and challenges faced by marginalized and vulnerable individuals. Hope and Help Society's works towards empowering these individuals, promoting their rights, and providing them with the necessary support and resources to enhance their livelihood opportunities.

Improving Learning Outcomes, Fighting Girl Dropout Rates, and Promoting Human Excellence is the mission of Les amis de Hampate Ba for students at the Amadou Hampate Ba Middle School in Niamey, Niger. By promoting and financing the development of the school, and providing grants, we help underprivileged youth in Niger become a positive and responsible force within the community.

ITA's mission is to "actively pursue universal access and standard setting in education as a comprehensive learning experience for human evolution and consciousness by creating contemporary education systems for all children without discrimination due to gender, class, age, religion, color and ethnicity and, endeavoring to address educational bottlenecks through timely resource mobilization and influencing of public policy".
