We are committed to revolutionizing the appraisal industry by modernizing appraisal processes through data science and evidence-based analysis, moving beyond outdated methods. Our mission is about more than data; it's about equipping professionals with the skills to navigate their careers confidently. Appraisers are among the often-forgotten groups—expected to follow complex, evolving standards while managing challenges from automated systems and shifting industry practices that can undermine their role. Our goal is to provide resources to help appraisers stay resilient, maintain public trust, and uphold professional standards. We stand with all often-forgotten groups, including Poor People, Veterans, Farmers, Rural Communities, Urban Communities, Heirs Property owners, and Appraisers. These groups are often overlooked within the systems that govern property valuation and land use. This fundraiser aims to support the modernization of the appraisal process, improve professional resources for appraisers, and advance data-driven valuation techniques. Your support will also fund educational programs and scholarships for aspiring appraisers, preparing them to meet the demands of modern appraisal work. FCD has the following missions 1. To educate individual farmers and Self Help Groups (SHG) and provide them with the most accurate data on crop prices, market demands and supplies across the globe through mobile services and at her micro data centers, thus improving wealth creation and employment 2. Bringing out the potentials and skills from individuals and groups for equality and sustainable development through training, mentoring, and provision of seed capitals to farmers through linking them to financial institutions. 3. Creation of a network of partners amongst startups, farmers, donors, angel investors and Diaspora through 24hr online services platforms available for communication.

Our mission is to partner with maternity hospitals in order to transform the quality of healthcare and patient experience by: Helping the medical staff have access to resources that ensure quality care; Raising funds to meet maternity hospitals' immediate and emerging needs; Increasing access to perinatal care of women, especially those in need through awareness-raising and advocacy campaigns and education classes Providing basic necessities for families in need with newborn babies.

To pragmatically facilitate the provision of quality health, quality education for children, skill acquisition and training for Women and Young Girls, complemented with life-enhancing infrastructures and social amenities towards improved lifestyles for the Less Privileged in sub-urban and Rural Communities.

We believe every child has the right to an education regardless of their location, legal status and/or economic background. The Yes We Can Mobile Schools Program is the first bilingual school program for migrant children at the US-MX border. The program currently operates 3 school in the border cities of Tijuana and Ciudad Juarez. The program has enrolled over 1,700 migrant children. The program operates full time from Monday through Friday from 9am-3pm and is taught by accredited teachers. In the program migrant children are given access to full bilingual interactive classrooms, play areas and access to technology.

BAR NONE is a multidisciplinary arts initiative which offers currently and formerly incarcerated people, their families and friends, opportunities for healing, entrepreneurship, and community-driven justice through the arts.

SESF exists to support the children in need. We support the orphaned, abandoned and helpless children as well the other children who are deprived of getting proper food, love and care, quality education, healthcare and try to make them be self dependent in their future.
