Our Objectives are to: A. Assist impoverished communities and families in moving out from temporary shelters into proper housing facilities. B. Provide educational scholarships for the impoverished but deserving students in India. C. Support inmates of old age homes and orphanages in India by providing basic amenities. D. Support, develop, design programs to motivate and retrain teachers, enhance and improve the learning experience in the classroom and add new facilities in the existing schools e.g., provide drinking water, blackboards and toilets where required.

Through simple and cost effective initiatives- building schools & libraries, providing volunteer opportunities & giving basic school supplies to impoverished children- we are having an impact at home and abroad. SchoolBOX serves children in Central America by helping them learn how to read and write. SchoolBOX serves individuals in Canada by helping them to help others.
Carolinian Canada is a nonprofit coalition of public and community groups, since 1984, aimed at conserving the wildlife and habitats of Southwestern Ontario's Carolinian Life Zone - a unique ecological region, home to Tulip Trees, Hooded Warblers, Fowler's Toads and other wildlife not found anywhere else in Canada. It is one of the most biologically diverse regions in the country and contains some of the highest numbers of rare and endangered species. This Carolinian forest roughly covers the area from Grand Bend to Toronto south of Highway 401.
The Rideau Environmental Action League (REAL) is a non-profit, volunteer-run, community organization. REAL promotes environmental improvements and community-wide environmental projects within the Town of Smiths Falls and Lanark, Leeds and Grenville Counties. Some of our projects include Pitch-In Smiths Falls, Well Aware, home energy audits, the REAL Deal Reuse Store, a community garden and public awareness activities such as displays, our REAL Update newsletter, workshops, newspaper columns and our website www.REALaction.ca.

The LCHS is committed to the humane treatment of all animals and actively performs cruelty investigations in St. Catharines, Lincoln, Grimsby, Thorold and Niagara-on-the-Lake. Taking in over 4,500 animals each year and adopting cats to forever homes for only $25, the LCHS needs your financial support to continue our important work. Aktion Deutschland Hilft, Germany's Relief Coalition is a union of German relief organisations that can provide rapid and effective aid in the case of large catastrophes and emergency situations abroad. To further optimise their previously successful work, the participating organisations bring together their many years of experience in humanitarian aid abroad. In exceptional cases, Aktion Deutschland Hilft is also active at home. The idea of integrating their respective knowledge and specific abilities, and through mutual extension to efficiently bundle measures for aid, unites the continued independent initiators of this mutual campaign.

The Mountains to Sound Greenway Trust leads and inspires action to conserve and enhance the Mountains to Sound Greenway National Heritage Area. This iconic 1.5 million-acre landscape stretches from Seattle to Ellensburg along the I-90 corridor, connecting Central Washington, the Cascade Mountains, and Puget Sound. The Greenway Trust is a coalition-based organization that works to steward these lands, all while promoting access to the outdoors and striking a long-term balance between the needs of the natural world and the people who call this region home.
CCA is a private school registered with the Ontario Ministry of Education. The academy is a multi-denominational school and is not affiliated with one particular church. We are a non-profit corporation and a registered charitable organization. Calvary Christian Academy first opened its doors in 1997 to six kindergarten children. Since then, we have grown steadily. For the first three years, the school was located in the basement of the Calvary Pentecostal Church in Carleton Place. In 2001, the school was moved to our permanent home in Franktown. We are now pleased to offer grades JK to 8.
