OUT Saskatoon Inc. welcomes and provides services to all people however they choose to define themselves in terms of sexual and gender identity, firm in our understanding that homophobia and heterosexism have an impact on the health and well-being of all in our society. We see our work as including but not restricted to: education, support and improved access to health services. The programs and services we offer include: operation of a 1-800 information and peer counselling line, a resource library and drop-in centre, support programs for specific target groups including transgender persons, youth, as well as social programming as requested by our community. We provide educational outreach to professionals and students in high schools, colleges and universities, health care and social services agencies as well as the LGBTT community and the larger community.

Pesticide Action Network North America works to replace the use of hazardous pesticides with ecologically sound and socially just alternatives. As one of five PAN Regional Centers worldwide, we link local and international consumer, labor, health, human rights, environment and agriculture groups into an international citizens’ action network. This network challenges the global proliferation of pesticides, defends basic rights to health and environmental quality, and works to ensure the transition to a just and viable society.  

The mission of Communities for a Better Environment (CBE) is to build people’s power in California’s communities of color and low income communities to achieve environmental health and justice by preventing and reducing pollution and building green, healthy and sustainable communities and environments.  CBE helps residents in urban areas to change the environmental policies and practices that put their health and well-being at risk. CBE utilizes three integrated strategies to impact change in its target communities: community organizing, science-based advocacy, and legal intervention.

The mission of the Radix Center is to promote ecological literacy and environmental stewardship through educational programs based around demonstrations of sustainable technologies. At the Radix Center, we believe it is possible to meet human needs while simultaneously restoring ecosystems. Good environmental stewardship is rewarded by better health, wholesome food, and strong communities. The Radix Center teaches practical skills that can be applied to create environmental and economic sustainability. An emphasis is placed on issues of food security, health, and the remediation of contaminated soils.

The purpose of the foundation is to support programs which advance the widest ranging community improvements in such areas as arts and culture, health and social services, heritage preservation, community facilities and programs, education, sports and recreation.

Our vision is to help people improve the quality of their life and find relief from ongoing muscle and joint pain by bringing health professionals, pain sufferers and researchers together to improve diagnosis and treatment.

We want Indigenous women to be organized and informed about human rights, violence and our sexual and reproductive health so that we can exercise our rights to a healthy, dignified and just free life

The Forest Park Conservancy protects and fosters the ecological health of Portland's Forest Park, maintains and enhances the park's extensive trails network, and inspires community appreciation and future stewardship of its splendor as a gift for generations.

Chattahoochee Riverkeeper’s (CRK) mission is to advocate and secure the protection and stewardship of the Chattahoochee River, including its lakes, tributaries and watershed, in order to restore and conserve their ecological health for the people and wildlife that depend on the river system.

Ocean Alliance strives to increase public awareness of the importance of whale and ocean health through research and public education. We work with our scientific partners to collect a broad spectrum of data on whales and ocean life. Ocean Alliance uses this data to advise educators, policy makers, and the general public on wise stewardship of the oceans to mitigate pollution, prevent the collapse of marine mammal populations, and promote ocean and human health. Ocean Alliance, Inc., a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit Organization, and was founded in 1971.

Mission To inspire and promote an increased tree canopy in the Valley. Our Vision A Valley where for now and the future, all generations have lifelong access to the benefits of trees Who is Trees Matter? Trees Matter is a Phoenix-based 501(c)(3) environmental education nonprofit, whose mission is to inspire and promote an increased tree canopy in the Valley. We see a need to provide important resources to the general public so they can properly choose trees, plant trees, care for trees, and of course advocate for trees. We hope to encourage a culture of tree advocates and stewards. What We Do Trees offer many critical functions such as shade, pollution reduction, dust reduction, food, increased property value, carbon sequestration, increase in mental and physical health, and more. The Valley has an immediate need for an increased tree canopy; Trees Matter works to alleviate this need by educating the public on tree knowledge, planting trees in schools, and distributing desert adapted shade trees to residents across the Valley.
