The Credit Valley Conservation Foundation is a distinct charitable Foundation that raises money for conservation projects and is strategically poised to assist Credit Valley Conservation with the daunting task of environmental protection. Blazing new trails, creating woodland habitats, naturalizing urban areas and providing environmental education are just some of the initiatives funded and led by the CVC Foundation. Members and donors to the CVC Foundation firmly believe that our personal health, economic well-being and quality of life are inextricably linked to the health of our natural environment. The funds raised by the Foundation are used exclusively in support of CVC projects.

GO-MED was started informally during the latter half of 2009 by several nurses, surgeons, and anesthetists who have been on previous overseas medical missions with other excellent organizations, such as Operation Rainbow and Health for Humanity. They decided that they wanted to expand their range, however, in several ways. They wanted to: 1. include a variety of surgeries according to the expertise of the surgeons who volunteer for a given mission; 2. include, as patients, adults as well as children; 3. include health education focused on the prevention of illness; 4. include a variety of global destinations, with perceived need being one of the critical criteria for selection.

Earth Trust works to give tools to tribals and villagers to farm their land in a sustainable way, to develop responsibility for Primary Health solutions with traditional answers and to give rural children inspiration, skills & passion for revitalising their communities & land. The Buzzards Bay Coalition is a membership-supported nonprofit organization dedicated to the restoration, protection, and sustainable use and enjoyment of our irreplaceable Bay and its watershed. The Coalition works to improve the health of the Bay ecosystem for all through education, conservation, research and advocacy.

Western Rivers Conservancy protects outstanding river ecosystems in the western United States. We acquire land to conserve critical habitat, provide public access for compatible use and enjoyment, and cooperate with other agencies and organizations to secure the health of whole ecosystems.

The KDCF supports a wide range of charitable groups in and around Kimberley, B.C. Our goals are: 1.Enhance the social welfare, health and education of residents. 2.Preserve and protect our environment. 3.Advance the arts, culture and recreation in our community.

Meeker Memorial Hospital Foundation (MMHF) is organized and operated exclusively for charitable purposes. More specifically, the Foundation's primary role is to secure philanthropic resources to help maintain, improve and expand health care services for our patients, their families, and the Meeker County community.

LOKA HITHAM MAMA KARANEEYAM (little for self, everything else for society) Hindu Seva Pratishthana (HSP) is committed to the upliftment of the under-served and the people with special needs without any discrimination on the basis of caste, creed or religion. Through service HSP aims to bring about a transformation in the society where people and communities will be self-reliant. The instruments of this change are Sevavratis - young men and women volunteers - many of whom dedicate their lives fully to the noble cause of serving the society in this area. Sevavratis, in the course of their training at HSP, realize, imbibe qualities like patriotism, perseverance and humility, and acquire the skills in working areas like Rural Development, Eradication of untouchability, Drive against alcoholism, Literacy, Child Education, Common Health Education, Individual and Family Counselling, Propagating Yoga and Spoken Samskruta language, Rehabilitation of the Mentally Retarded and Physically handicapped and Street Children, and Environmental protection. Since its inception in 1980, HSP has been constantly expanding its activities, covering more people in towns and villages, and ensuring the co-operation and participation of local people so that the services are effective and benefits are long lasting.

Unite to Light aims to bring light to people without electricity across the world. The organization focuses on the neediest of the needy: children learning to read, midwives and health clinics, and disaster response. Founded in 2010, Unite to Light has delivered 75,000 lights to 65 countries.
