A historic nature preserve in the midst of the city of Dallas, Frankford Preservation Foundation conserves, protects and maintains its five acre site. The site features a rare remnant of the Blackland Prairie once indigenous to the Dallas area and Indian Springs. The Frankford Preservation Foundation conducts charitable, educational, and cultural events including seasonal tours of its native prairie meadows to foster an awareness of the significance of the Blackland Prairie and early North Texas history.

The Foundation publishes the annual Deaf Ontario Community Calendar. It showcases the outstanding arts works by Deaf artists and photographers from across Canada, while providing selected Deaf charities and groups a way to raise funds in support of their events and programs. A few other initiatives currently under the way will be announced in the near future upon completion. The Lake Winnipeg Foundation (LWF) is a non-profit, charitable ENGO dedicated to finding solutions to the problems causing deterioration in the Lake Winnipeg ecosystem. Towards finding those solutions, LWF supports stewardship, research and education projects that contribute to the rehabilitation and protection of the lake, its wetlands, and the watershed. The LWF works to engage the public, partner organizations, and key decision-makers in seeking collaborative approaches to build stewardship capacity throughout the Lake Winnipeg watershed. Established in 2005, the Lake Winnipeg Foundation is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors, and is managed by an Executive Director. The Foundation operates in accordance with the expertise of the LWF Science Advisory Council, established in 2012 to provide advice to the LWF and its partner organizations on all matters related to the health of Lake Winnipeg and its watershed.
Established in 1981 through the joint efforts of the Parents’ Guild (formally known as the Mothers’ Guild), the Advisory Council (formally known as the Advisory Board) and the Society of the Sacred Heart (Canada), the City House Foundation is a non-profit organization. The trustees of the Foundation support an annual program to raise funds to be retained and invested. The income generated is used to fund three types of activities: General support for the school (i.e. special needs as they may arise); Bursaries & Scholarships; Enrichment Programs; Building Improvements & Enhancements.
